We were pressed for time for lunch having traveled from out of town for a medical appointment and needed a place that was dog friendly. They were short on staff during the busy lunch and doing the best they could, but once I explained our situation and shortness of time, Rick (manager/owner) said they could do it and made it happen that we got our food in time and out the door in time to make out appointment. They also brought out water for our dog which was refreshing (no pun intended lol). Food was good and the deserts looked amazing! We will definitely go back to enjoy the patio without a time limit and get some desert!
We have eaten here before when you used to put in your order at the counter and grab a seat. They have changed this since then. Now they have somebody to sit you and a regular server gets your order from your table. The quality of food has not changed, still very tasty and generous. A bit expensive as sandwiches run anywhere from $14-16.
Nice place …. We had a spinach strawberry pecan salad and an asian chicken salad that were both delicious . …..Friendly staff ,….nice atmosphere…..I will recommend this place for a quick snack….
1000 times delicious! Oddly enough we ended up at this restaurant by googling “restaurants near me” and the food was amazing! So unique- textures, flavors and colors that are beyond your typical San Antonio palate. Definitely recommend coming here if you interested in a think out of the box way of dining- it was pricier than expected HOWEVER in no way disappoints and no regrets!
Pam’s has always been a nice spot for lunch. I had not realized how different the dinner menu. Very imaginative dishes a world away from lunch. Beautiful plates of food….as food came out and looked so great we kept saying I should have ordered that until the next great looking dish came to the table. If you have enjoyed lunch or just not tried it yet you should come try out dinner. Had a large group and service was great.

While visiting our kids and grandson we enjoyed an evening at Pam’s Patio Kitchen. Food, wine, and service were exceptional. Hope to enjoy again when we return to San Antonio!
Had the full salmon sandwich, and it was HUGE. A half would have been plenty, when combined with a soup. A side of bread with a cup of the gumbo soup were perfect additions.
