SO GOOD! Ice cream is my all time favorite dessert and Paciugo did not disappoint.I had the large size but only chose two flavors, lavender and blueberry and pannacotta. I didn’t think anything else would go with that combination but I didn’t regret getting only two flavors because they were both delicious. I also got my dog ice cream to go and the staff was super attentive, packing up his little ice cream in ice and keeping it in the freezer as long as possible.Can’t wait to visit again!
Love this place! I took my foreign exchange kids here, one who is from Italy and picky about gelato, and they both approved. They have plenty of different flavors to pick from. It was hard to choose after sampling because they were all delicious. I also got a dog gelato to go for my dog. The woman working went above and beyond by packaging the gelato on ice so it would make the drive home. We will definitely be returning!
We came to San Antonio to see our daughter graduate from Lackland and came across this gem. There is a huge variety of flavors to choose from. We were encouraged to sample different flavors and the server was helpful putting together suggestions. If we lived in the area, this would be a regular place to go to.
We wanted some gelato, one of my favorite desserts, and discovered this place. So glad we did, it was great! The service was fast and friendly, we tried several samples and not rushed. The gelato flavors we tried were all very good, very creamy and the proper amount of flavor for each of them. So glad we found Paciugo Gelato Cafe, it’s our place to go when we are in San Antonio!
We come here every time we travel through SanAntonio just for the Spaghetti Ice cream. I'm from German and if is such a wonderful childhood memory eating it. Staff is amazing and the coffee and ice cream is absolutely delicious! 10/10 highly recommend!

I loved this place back in 2013 when I first discovered it and I love it again returning back to the area!!! It has Celiac friendly options and the staff answered all my 1000 questions. I try and take everyone I know here because its great fun! Even though I cant eat the unicorn cup I enjoy seeing others enjoy it!
Super friendly staff (young male with glasses was very energetic and knowledgeable). Great location, ambience, and menu selection of flavors. Would definitely recommend.
I walked in with no expectations having no idea what this place was. I left with absolute magic and a full stomach. This the type of place that makes you want to try everything they have. Unfortunately their menu is extensive so you’ll have to make multiple visits if you’re trying to clear the whole menu. The flavors that they have and the quality of the taste is superb. I never thought their was a high end desert shop but hey this is what it would look like. This place is immaculate and the staff is friendly.
Super fun shop! They had clasics, fun flavors, and an entire row of vegan friendly flavors! Sadly I can't remember the name of the man behind the counter (he had a hit in backwards working the night of 12/13/2021) was amazing. He found another vegan flavor in the back and brought it out for my family. Sad that we are just visiting, but fir my family in Texas they are regulars. Sadly they were out of Pouch-ugos tonight for the doggies, but they do provide those extra treats for the 4-legged love bugs in your life. Also apparently their Texas Salted Carmel just won Best Salted Carmel in the country. So you HAVE to give it a try. (Plus their flavors are made daily AND you can try more than one in a cup! You can have up to 5 in their large! [3 flavors in the small, 4 in the regular])
