For the most part it was a great experience. We will be back.
First timers, atmosphere, friendly service with fresh food is what I would say. We were recommended the Mongolian Beef, Sesame Chicken, and Honey Chicken. Everything was tasty and yummy. Our waitress was Alyssa, she was very professional and easy to talk too and knowledge about the dishes. She did not skip a beat with her beverages.Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Will definitely be returning.

Always a great experience
I enjoy getting lunch here at PF Chang’s, I always get my favorite Kung pao chicken with brown rice it’s super tasty and you get a nice portion for lunch. I do enjoy pairing it with the chicken lettuce wrap as an appetizer, which by the way is spectacular. The only downside is that I always ask for extra spicy Kung pao but they can only make it so spicy since they unfortunately only use chili paste. I think the restaurant and consumers would benefit having spicier options If they can incorporate more heat into their menu, spice levels are ofcourse an important part of any kind of Asian food.
Called ahead to ask about a reservation. At 4:45 was told there were no reservations until 9. No wait at the time so headed to restaurant. No wait when we got there. Not full, but were told we couldn't sit together as a party of 7. Two tables large enough for whole party, but we couldn't sit there. We had to sit at 2 four tops. Hostess was very rude. She yelled at us telling us we couldn't put tables together. When asking for a paper menu, again she yelled stating only one per party (even though there are 2 tables). Waitress was great and good was good, but hostess left something to be desired. Started our experience bad. Oh, and our guests were in from our of town so we didn't really get to visit.

P.F.Chang when will I ever get to try Fire and Ice dessert, please? Miss Fire & Ice...This place is elite ?Love the ambience but above that it's the service and the food that makes any experience amazing . P.F.Chang makes it sure.On myast visit I happen to get to know Elaine who took amazing care of our visit and gave fantastic food experience to my first time visitor friend.However missed the Fire & Ice dessert.Please call me one day specially for it.
Bo was incredible!!! My friend and I came in after not eating all day, and he gave us incredibly friendly and fast service. He was always checking up on us and made sure our food came to the table as soon as it was ready. I’ve never had service this great before! Thank you Bo for the amazing meal!!
