This location is very trashy and dirty. Just stopped in and half the machines were not operating. No place to sit with furniture stacked on top of each other. Employee seemed bothered by us. Find somewhere else. We went to Menchies around the corner. Clean and friendly place

*** Do your best NOT to support this establishment. They do not care about their employees ***We went in today and it's sad to say the staff is working in deplorable conditions. They had no air AT ALL. The air conditioner has been out for 2 weeks and no one has thought to bring in a commercial fan or install ceiling fans for the employees. It was so sad to see those young women behind the counter sweating and trying to be courteous. I understand today has been the highest in the past 2 weeks, at 88 degrees. But why would you leave your employees in stale air? No ventilation or air circulation. It's just a disgusting atmosphere. The restroom is also not working, leaving the place feeling dirty and smelling gross. I will not be supporting this establishment again. I told them to quit and just walk out on this business, since they're not shown appreciation. Unbelievable. Then they wonder why no one wants to work. ?♀️

After a long hot day of work I decided to get something cold. There was a homeless man outside begging and offered him frozen yogurt. Let’s just say he’s not begging near that store anymore
I think the girls who work here are hard workers but I’m disappointed to see how poorly they are treated. I talked to one girl when I went, although I forgot to ask her name, and she told me that she makes $8 an hour. She works alone all morning running the store by herself and barely makes $8 an hour? On top of that these girls had to work without AC for an entire week it seemed like. The other day I came in closer to the time of closing and the little girl who was working was working ALONE AT NIGHT! That’s just ridiculous and unsafe. How can you expect this young girl to close by herself and defend herself if, God forbid, something terrible happened. I just think that this place needs to rethink their priorities because obviously the owners priorities are not these young employees.
Today at Orange Leaf by alamo Ranch I was there around 8:30PM and came to enjoy my favorite yogurt.I get my order I asked alizeah if I could use restroom she said we are about to clean it now said it's ok. and I went outside to enjoy it in the patio..!!!I was really sick and came back inside asking her again if i could use restroom??? She said sorry you couldn't because it's clean already. I was like really upset.....it's so shame on her...
The froyo is delicious and there are amazing options for toppings. I was disappointed at our visit tonight about the cleanliness. While the toppings were behind plastic and the employees put them on, the table we sat at was disgusting. It clearly had not been wiped down any time recently. With only two tables available inside it shouldn't be hard to do a quick wipe down or offer wipes for customers to clean the table when they are done.
Today at Orange Leave Al⁰amo Ranch I arrived at 8:52 PM and came to enjoy my favorite yogurth but when I got there it was closed. Employees said it was closed and they were allowed to close earlier by the Manager approval...sad!!!
