Servers were very attentive. A little pricey for the portion size but good. Drinks could of been a little stronger. Overall a great spot on the riverwalk.

This place is great! Obviously it's a tourist area but the food was solid. The oysters were fresh and the gumbo was delicious! We got right in, no wait during the week. We sat right on the river and there was live music! Our server Harlie was so nice and very attentive. Definitely would come back
Was good, oyster are good. Drinks just okay. Kinda a tourist item, so better to do a beer or wine. Great jazz music
Food and atmosphere are ok. We liked the cigar lounge vibe. Hostess is rude. Accidentally began by giving her the beginning of wrong phone number to be put on waitlist. I apologized she looked at me with such annoyance. The next day we visited again . Same hostess. She runs ahead and I can’t keep up. Tried to tell her we needed to be downstairs this time if possible. She audibly scoffed. I felt bad, but honestly she didn’t give us a chance to explain. As we are about to leave after paying a $100+ tab, we go to get our caricature drawn. We had patiently waited as other diners had received theirs. We go to sit down and she tells people who had just showed up and had not eaten or paid for anything to take the seat. She saw us standing there. She tried to say that it wasn’t with their establishment. If that is so, then why are YOU directing people to take the seat? It was unprofessional.
Food marginal at best. My husband the oysters were okay. Shrimp cocktail was not fresh. House salad with chicken - chicken breast very dry. Still we thought it was okay. Then they turned off misters at 8 pm and we began to roast in the 95 degree weather. Music was great! Have a drink, listen to jazz and eat elsewhere.
The oysters were not good. The ceviche had very little fish. The wait staff was great. The location is great.
Our waiter Raysean was amazing! The oysters were small but thankfully the spinach artichoke dip was filling and delicious.
The portions were small but made smaller as they were elevated by romaine lettuce.
My wife and I celebrated our 18th year anniversary dinner here last night with our children and extended family. The atmosphere was great, our server “Mason” was truly amazing!!! He stayed on top of things and did not disappoint.. We will definitely revisit the next time we come back to San Antonio. I had the Hot and Spicy Shrimp “I recommend “ the Seafood Dip “gotta try it” and my wife had the Seared Tuna Salad “also a great choice”. Last thing!!! Get the MERMAID WATER fishbowl drink!!! Trust me!
