My server was amazing. I forgot her name but she worked on may 31st at 6pm. She brought me out extra sauce with my spaghetti with me not having to ask. I told her I was a saucy kind of guy. If you read this message, thank you. I had a really bad day. This was the perfect dinner that ended the day in a positive way with amazing service.and the ice tea you recommend taste so good. Olive garden is lucky to have you!
Came in here to eat. It was my worst experience ever. The server never listened to what we ordered. We had to keep asking him for everything. He never refilled my glass. Asked for lemons on the side . He brought them in the water. My date asked for refill on tea and the server brought the mug with barely ENOUGH tea to fill glass 3/4. No ice in it. Lazy server tea
We had a small problem with our original server and the replacement server (Jordan) and the manager went above and beyond to remedy the situation, and they absolutely did. Jordan was wonderful, polite, and proactive to make sure we were taken care of. We appreciate it so much!
We had some chicken parmigiana, eggplant parmigiana and fettucini Alfredo. Also the usual soups and fresh salads. And of course the bread sticks! Everything was pretty fresh, well prepared and pretty good!
Amazing server today! We had Frankie and he was great. Spoke to my young child and actually took her order instead of asking one of the adults. He actually understood her perfectly and even started to ask directly if she wanted cheese or anything else
My father took me to Olive Garden for my 26th bday. We live in castle hills but decided to drive to stone oak due to there not being a wait. We were seated right away however— we waited 10-15 mins before our server even greeted us. She was a young girl so I tried to be lenient but then my order came out completely wrong, my Togo order was stuffed shells and she told me it came with chicken or shrimp which I knew was not right so I questioned her and said are you sure? She reassured me. Well on the bill there was a charge for chicken!!! She even added back on the meal the manager had comped off due to her completely messing it up. This was my second time at this location with horrible service. The manager was very nice, very accommodating and even comped our entire meal due to her poor service. I do feel they need to do better when hiring people. When you pay those prices for food you expect A-1 service. I guess there is a reason the one on bitters/281 always has an hour wait vs the Stone oak one that never has a wait. -Sincerely Karen ?
I started working at this location and received blatant appearance discrimination from a manager named Corey. He claimed my work ethic was perfect but was mistreating me as a worker from day 1. Corey refused to look or speak to me. Had me training(no tips) more days than my co-workers. Was supposed to be providing training meals and wasn’t. I was never asked to show my food handlers certificate or that I needed one. Was never told about my benefits or what the uniform is. My schedule and duties were being manipulated in a way to ruin my work experience. This attitude from a “manager” is embarrassing. If you are insecure on your appearance Corey, you need to blame your parents or start going to the gym and brushing your teeth. Because hating and spewing jealously out of every crevice of your face shouldn’t have been an option.
Great quite atmosphere. Nice and clean.Greeters were nice and they got us inside and served us immediately. The Salmon was fantastic, it was seasoned just right with the right texture. The dishes were a nice size. This place gets pretty busy between 7:pm and 9:pm so if you want to avoid the lines I suggest getting in around 6:Pm.I’ll definitely be back again!!
My friends of Olive Garden at: Hwy 281, well we were there to pick up our order to go to celebrate my birthday!
Unless you're going for soup and bread sticks, Olive Garden has nothing to offer anymore. They have really narrowed down their menu in the last 3 to 5 years. This isn't just a covid thing it started years before. This location wasn't busy at all but took an hour to get our food, and it was cold!!!! Saw our waiter maybe 5 times in the almost 2 hours we were there. Olive Garden has really gone down hill in general over the years but this location seems worse than most.
