The service was great. It was not too busy. We tried the strawberry short cake and it was pricey but oh my was it good. Our go to place for Italian.
The food was nice and hot. Our waiter was very professional and had great customer service. His name started with a C and he was semi tall and had glasses. He's a good waiter for sure. Definitely will return again in the future
We love us some Olive Garden and this one had excellent service.! Johnathan was on it from the moment we sat down, and he had his share of tables.! Food was hot and fresh.! Salad amazing like always.! Everyone knows Italian dressing is on the salads, that’s a given unless you say otherwise and then it’s ranch.! Breadsticks were on time and hot.! I started eating my fettuccine before I remembered to snap a picture.!! Hubby’s soup was hearty and full of veggies.! (He gets minestrone every time!) Bathroom could use a good deep cleaning, especially toilets. That’s my only complaint. Thank y’all.!
Timely service and food arrival, but let's be real. It's nothing like real Italian quality. New York and New Jersey carry the standards in the US for good Italian food. But here? Low in flavor for the price. The ravioli were very thin, fell apart and barely had flavor in the cheese stuffing, let alone the shell itself. Parmesan was not sharp at all and carried little to no taste. Meat sauce was very, very watery. Salad had too much ice inside of it. ? ?How do you mess up salad that badly?
Always great food, haven't been to a Olive Garden where I had any complaints about the food. They were pretty busy so we had to wait for about 45 min to be seated then our waiter was kind of slow to get to us when we needed him but overall not a bad experience. If you want fast service and to be seated immediately don't go during peak hours
We had a great experience on this particular day last Thursday for my husband's birthday, we randomly chose to have a late lunch and we had the BEST waitress ever! This girl was seriously good at her job and she mentioned it was her second day in San Antonio. We appreciate the great experience Ashley A. from Corpus Christi. Great job! ?
I’ve been to many Olive Gardens in San Antonio and this one by far was the best. Everything was seasoned to perfection and hot! I was so pleased with everything. I just wish we had room for dessert! Our waiter George was very attentive and nice. He spoke highly of the restaurant and the food. Will be coming back to this location only.
Our waitress did an excellent job and the food was great!!
The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one is because our waiter was AMAZING and the negative experience was not at all his fault. Other than that, my husband and I ordered the stuffed shells and when we got it, there were LIVE ants crawling all over our food!!! The tomato sauce also tasted slightly off. We should've known better considering how last time we went, we found a dead roach under one of the tables and the carpet was kinda sticky. Really disgusting and now husband and I are feeling sick. Avoid this place.
I am thankful for the consistent quality of very tasty food from this restaurant, and I absolutely LOVE the never-ending dipping sauce for the breadsticks. It's well overdue! Not only was the food excellent, but we also received exceptional and attentive service!
