No complaints here...in fact this was one of the best dinners we had in awhile... Johnathan our server is a prime example of great service. Johnathan kept checking on us and refiling our drinks...jeep the bread sticks coming bud...came for dinner with my wife, two toddlers and a teenage son right before rush hour traffic...not only did we beat traffic but we also beat the dinner rush. We had the large sharing shells, lasagna classic, a steak and some spaghetti....the dinner plates were delicious and all our children were actually well behaved because of it...you can't talk n play around if your eating delicious food. I had a refreshing long island tea to wash down my tasty lasagna. The mix drink was on point. The salad was cold n fresh and the Italian house dressing is my fave...we actually keep a bottle in the fridge! You can purchase at the restaurant or at the grocery store. Our meals were served right on time...soon as we were done with the salad and tasty soup entree the main course was placed before us...the mozzarella appetizers were so cheesy and everything else was great. The fee guest chatter, and lighting set an ambiance, mellow mood that went perfect with our delicious meal and great service...we will be back...please bring back the chicken STUFFED marsala, marsela or however you spell it...that was the best dish Olive Garden had in my opinion...you used to be able to order it as a secret menu option...but no longer available:( other than that...everything was top notch, A plus two forks up! Thanks again Johnathan. Dinner for five averaged a hundred bucks plus tip $120 total. Well worth it....enjoy!
April 15th, Good Friday. Service was excellent! As soon as we walked in we were sat down at a table immediately, didn't even have to wait for a minute. The food was delicious, and was served to us very fast and was satisfyingly hot. The waitress Julia, was very nice and friendly. We will definitely be coming back again! Recommend this place highly.
Soup and salad has gone waaaay down hill. Bread sticks were stale and soup portions were very small and nothing in them. The meat if any was tiny particles like some graded one sausage for the entire bat of soup. Waitress was rude. I guess unhappy we didn't buy any of the more expensive products also containing no meat. We got there at 2 and got charged dinner prices I guess as an attempt to raise our ticket and her tip. What happened to getting a tip by offering good service? Anyways tool a break as experience before this wasn't great but officially done with this Italian fast food establishment
Loved the friendly family atmosphere. Food was delicious. Servers were fast and efficient. Wait time was not too long for a large table. Highly recommend this location dining area and restrooms are always clean. This is bitters and 281 location.
Food was not on par and the service was not their best. Came in with a fairly large group. We were seated fairly quickly and the server came to the table within a reasonable amount of time. We ordered drinks, appetizers and the main course all at the same time to hopefully speed up the process since it took us about 45 minutes to get seated. After we ordered, it took over 20 minutes to get drinks. The food finally came out over 40 minutes later. Ok, understand we had a large group. However, after we were completely finished and it was time to leave, we could not get anyone to bring to go boxes or assist us with checking out. They finally brought us the check out machine which was not on the table to begin with but some of our party needed to pay in cash. We had to track down someone to go get our server to pay for the meals in cash. We also had to go to the kitchen to track down a server to get a to go box. Two of our party had alfredo and they stated their alfredo was really dry. Overall, did not expect to go to eat dinner at 6:15 pm and not be able to leave until 9:25 pm. The last time we did this, the total time was a little over 2 hours. This time it took over 3 hours.
Took advantage of Veteran's free dinner from their special menu.Food was good, salad was crisp and entrees were hot and delicious. Our waiter was attentive. Also, love the $5 take home meals, we bought 4.
This was one of our best experiments at Olive garden! The food was great and our server Ray was very nice and accommodating.
I typically live Olive Garden. I’ve dined many times and ordered out at many locations. Tonight was not up to par. When we walked in I noticed the floors were sticky but thought maybe someone spilled something. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. Please think twice about going to Olive Garden on Ingram and 410. I felt really bad that I recommended tonight. The restaurant was dirty. Dust everywhere. I complained to the manager and he said no one had dusted in two months. That’s just not what you want to hear when a dusty chandelier is over your salad bowl. Sharing in the hopes that they will clean the restaurant do that no one else has this experience.
OG has the best lunch specials with a wide selection of their best entrees at small portions.
Our server Jordan was awesome and food was delicious as always. Restaurant was busy but his service for our table was on point and AWESOME!
