Olive Garden always has great food so i can't complain there. I had the Chicken Margherita and I am going to have to figure out how they cook their chicken. Just simply good. I wouldn't get the berry sangria though. It's over priced juice with a hint of alcohol. Lastly, since it was my birthday they gave me a Sicilian Cheesecake on the house that was heaven in my mouth.
Great customer service, cordial and fast! We came to this location because other 5 miles away had over am hour wait! We we're seated within minutes, received our drinks and appetizer right away. Our food order was placed and brought shortly after. Wait staff was checking in to make sure we had all that we needed and more. Tables we're being cleaned shortly after patrons left, ready for the next reservation. We have dine here before and service had been good. I'm glad we did try this location as it wasn't too far off and service was exceptional! Thanks!
We liked that there was no wait when we called to reserve. When we arrived the hist at the front said it'd be a 20 minute wait, but a server that was next to her I heard her whispering "we have space".... We sat down and noticed a 2nd family with one less person than us was walked straight in without a wait. The same server came back and I noticed she kept looking at me and starter gathering tableware and told the host she'd be seating us, I could see that the host motion her to not seat us yet for whatever reason, but the server proceeded while the host got distracted on her cell.The waitress was attentive and the food was good. It has been about 3 years since we've been to an Olive Garden, and the experience at the front makes not want to return.
Talk about RUDE!!! Made an order to be picked up curbside and my first clue should have been how I was treated initially over the phone-and after picking up I simply asked if they included utensils and napkins and I was told in an extremely nasty way yeah if you request it-but they don’t hesitate to ask how much of a tip you want to leave before they tell you the total of your order-how about learn some manners and be polite with better customer service? I mean honestly-how should businesses expect to keep customers if they treat you any kind of way?
My son and I lunch date. We where greet after a few minutes and placed on waiting list. Taken to table Marc was or waiter and at first thing were great then after food was severed he didn't check on us and when he did he would forget refilling drinks and removed salad plate and didn't return with new one until we asked for to go boxes. Food was delicious but serving of chicken Alfredo was less then normal. Egg plant and spaghetti was warm but not hot.
Food and service was great as always. They even sat us in our own room. Jules our server was awesome. She even helped to take this picture.
Ate at this location on January 8, 2022 at 8:05 pm at the bar, our bartender/ server was very attentive and did a good job our entrees come out and as we were eating a long black hair was in my 4 cheese stuff shells, our server took my plate away, no manager no food my husband food was perfect, I asked for more soup and salad since my food had a hair but unfortunately no food came my way, also there was another bartender/ maybe trainer making drinks and you had a server throwing out the F word like it was nothing the bartender that stepped in did tell her to watch her mouth !! I did do the survey on the 8th but of course I did not hear from anyone !! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry high up management it takes a second to talk to the guest , and you where not busy !!! Very disappointed customer !!
Horrible experience. Was relatively busy on the night we visited. Gave them our name and said the wait would be 20 minutes and we gave them our phone number (confirmed our number 3 times). Waited around 25 minutes and never received a call. Walked in and they had called the wrong number and offered to put us back at the bottom of the waiting list. No apology and very rude. Would not recommend going to this Olive Garden. Disappointing to say the least
This was for dinner, after work. Waited 32 minutes after placing the order online outside the restaurant. When the person who brought out the order finally came, the ticket on the outside of the bag matched our order, but when we got home, it was someone else's order in the bag.I called them back and spoke with the "manager." They told me they would start making the order, and to come back. Evening traffic was terrible because it was Friday, and it took almost 30 minutes to get back. By the time I arrived, I called from one of their curbside parking slots to inform them I was outside to pickup my order.The person on the other end sounded confused and said they would look into it and call back. Ten minutes later, no call back. I called them again and they asked me to come inside. I told them "NO," and to send someone outside.The guy came out and apologized and said they was working on the order now and get it out right away. He offered me a soda for my trouble (Really??? A Soda?) That angered me more - I didn't want it.The food came out right this time, but I wound up another 30 minutes waiting at Olive Garden. Traffic time, Wrong food, Wait timeand Wasted time, Incompetent staff, Gas wasted...Terrible experience.
Normally the food here is predictably good or at least consistent...the fettuccine Alfredo was delicious, but small, even though it was the dinner plate. Unfortunately, the salad was terrible, twice! The salad was Bron, wilted, and sopping wet. We got another one and it was the same. Very disappointing.
