First off, the service was just bad. Took awhile before we initially got service, I'd say about 10 minutes. Then wait awhile longer for salad and bread.Next, put cheese on salad when we asked for no cheese and then spilt than cheese in my wife's drink.Wait more for replacements.20 minutes later still waiting on more bread and dressing.45 minutes after sitting down, still no food.Saving grace, the food is delicious. Tortellini was great.
Was told would be a 30 minute wait and only waited 10 minutes. Once we sat down our waiter was extremely attentive and fast. We received our appetizer within 6 minutes of sitting down and our waiter and the manager were nice enough to take it back after we forgot to sub out the meat sauce for regular marinara. The rest of our meal came quickly and everything was hot and tasted delicious!
Food was excellent. Our waiter was.very good. Checking on us constantly. Making sure if we needed anything. Food.ordered came to our table quickly and nice and hot. Price was great.
I came to celebrate my birthday with my family and Deborah was our waiter she was very kind and always checked up on us. Thank you for making it a great experience and being so cheerful and attentive. Jeffrey was also kind and generous thank you to the both of you. I had a great dinner thanks to you guys.
The Service was really bad on Sunday 1/30/22. Here's the deal. When we got seated, we didn't get greeted 20 minutes later. We waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered our meals about another 20 minutes later. We didn't get our full order. I didn't make a big deal cause I don't like to make a scene. Food was good so not complaining about that. SERVICE WAS REALLY BADDDDD!!!!. I'M NEVER GOING TO GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!

It was lunch time so, we ordered off lunch menu. When we got the bill, we were charged for dinner prices. I asked the waiter why we were charged for dinner. He told us we had to hold up menu and, point at lunch menu prices. WTH? I Asked for manager. She was very nice and, apologized. She gave us lunch price. She's the only reason I didn't give a 1 star rating.
The employees were very nice and cheerful. Little expensive but it's all worth it. The bartender made the apple sangria perfect.
I had a really good experience here the other night. Our waiter, Jordan was awesome and very accommodating. He recommended a perfect wine, Pink Moscato Blend Confetti. Loved it! My food was great as always, I had the lasagna and chicken gnocchi soup. My son's favorite is the chicken gnocchi soup, he had that with bread sticks. Thank you Olive Garden! ?
Sorry to say but if one of these stars was rated as a zero that is exactly what I would give them that day extremely disappointed with the service not to been our servers very disorganized and no customer service skills at all. Not mentioned there was three of us that ordered the all you can soup and salad only was able to get to different servings only tried two different soups we had to keep reminding our servers because they kept forgetting about us OMG never again I'll go to another Olive garden even if it's out of my way I rather travel a little for good customer service.
