I waited 15 minutes at the Dove Creek location just to be told they would not accept my $100 bill. Their cakes are expensive enough and people still use cash. I spoke the manager Toni who stated they have been getting counterfeit bills, so was she saying my money is counterfeit or was she just being racist? It is ridiculous customer service. Post a sign on your door don’t insult a customer. Please show me your policy that states paper money is not as good as your debit/credit card.
I order the limited time blueberry Bliss and the package/sticker says blueberry Bliss but I was vanilla . Was very disappointed ☹️
We stopped in for a couple of bundlets for Mother's day gifts and they wrapped them up cute as can be, they are sure to be sweet gifts!
I already love this place, but this time we were a few minutes past closing time without realizing it and the lady said it's fine if we already know what we want. That's pretty cool because I know when it's closing time I just want to get the hell out of there.
As a man and father, I gotta tell you, I always wondered why my wife and our children were always talking about this place? Well leave it to my wife one day to not be able to pick up an order and have me her husband go… I am totally convinced these are the best bundt cakes around! So many different options in flavoring, layering, design and presentation... it makes me get in that snacky mood all over! Now let me mention we like to pick up our cakes a little early, so the parking lot is nice and empty easy to get in-and-out of even though this business is surrounded by many others! Alongside that, Amber the manager, and Larissa the cake specialist in the front are awesome people and have such greeting demeanor, that you feel welcome as soon as you walk in! Thank you for continuously making making my family happy and putting smile on their faces with yawls hard work and dedication into your craft. Our daughter's 22nd birthday is going to be fantastic! Great place to buy last minute cakes! Or you can pre-order online and pick up from store. They also carry plenty of cake accessories.We ordered my daughter’s cake online and picked it up at the store! Shout out to one of the girls working on Tuesday, Feb 1, 2022 for gifting a mini cake to my daughter celebrating her 5th birthday! Omg!! So delicious. Had to try all the flavors, so I purchased the tiny cakes for $5 each (great price for the size of the cakes). The snicker doodle and red velvet are my fav! Love the cream cheese frosting they put on top of the cakes.
I was running late to pick up my cake for a dear friend's birthday as I got off work New Year's Eve. They close at 7pm and they were kind enough to wait a little after to get me my cake. Thank you!
I’ve picked up cakes from there a few times and the cakes are delish. I’m a non icing person (gasp! I know!) … but the icing ones really are good too. Service is great…very friendly and welcoming.
So I went in for my bday cupcake like I do every year. Girl at counter was so rude. Do you have an email? Then she asks can you scroll up? Its shows a different store. She proceeds to tell me sorry different store. Over a lil cupcake. Then a lady comes out from the back, not to help, but just to stare at me & give me a dirty look. I was sharing with my 4 year old. My 4 year old ran out store crying. I will never step foot in that store again.
