won't be going back. I bought something for $6.00 and got out to my car and a employees came out there then saying they couldn't sell the item I bought .Had to go back inside for a refund and I wasted gas time and my ware tare on my car .So unethical

Decent cake but subpar customer service. The employees literally didn’t greet me but greeted the woman who came in after me and then took her order first while I was clearly in line. Would not return.
My family calls this place “ Nothing B⭐️TT cake”. When this location just opened, we visited them and the first thing we saw was an employee’s kid who was sitting on the counter (he was wearing a diaper that needed to be changed hours ago and little pants that didn’t cover much). It was a complete turn around, I simply couldn’t purchase anything after such disrespect and disgust. Though a couple of weeks ago my colleague brought small cakes and a big one to celebrate a holiday and anyone who’ve tried them said that these were not as great as from other locations (too dry and tasted old). So the time is passing by but nothing has changed.

We have visited this business numerous times over the years but never left a review. But the review would be the same for each visit, as parking has always been available, generally greeted as soon as you enter, staff very nice and helpful and items always available. Not to mention the cakes are ALWAYS consistently delicious! There are a good variety of flavors to choose from and even add a different flavor during holiday times. They also have a punch card as well as Bundtlet BOGO offers from time to time. If you have never tried them, it is a must. I have given them as gifts and they never disappoint. This is a buy and go shop as there are no chairs or tables. The staff does wear masks.
Closed the doors on my face when I reached at 6:57PM and the google page was showing open. And the customer after me got her cake to pick up. Poor customer care!!!
To die for cakes!!!! White chocolate raspberry is AMAZING!!!!!! I drive an hour for these cakes and it's well worth it. My husband is not a sweets fan but LOVES these cakes. You need to put one in Kerrville please!!!! Friendly service, fun atmosphere. Great choices.
Service was great. Quality of product also great. Atmosphere of store was fun. Must edit. Holy insanely deliciousness! I just had the vanilla but dang it was perfect. Perfectly moist and the buttercream frosting.... cannot wait to go back and try more flavors.
BEWARETHE STORE ON BANDERA ROAD CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A CANCELLED ORDER.This happened on AUGUST19TODAY IS AUGUST 30 and still no refund.I HAVE CALLED THE STORE BUT (STEPHANIE) ANOTHER MANAGER WAS NO HELP AND BLAMED IT ON “THE NEW SYSTEM”.FINALLY HAD TO CALL MY BANK TO DISPUTE CHARGES AND GET MY MONEY BACK!!PS I INITIALLY EXPLAINED TO THE STORE MANAGER THAT I HAD ORDERED AT THE WRONG STORE.
