Delicious and affordable! My go to are the Birria Bao Buns and the Kimchi Ramen(make it spicy ?). Their edamame is seasoned to perfection. I recommend that you call ahead because their hours change and it's BYOB (I kinda low key LOVE that).
The best place we’ve been in a long time, we found it a few months back and haven’t stopped going! We have made several of our friends and family Noddle Tree Addicts! #delicious
Ok listen... this place is freaking cool! Like I started my review before even getting my food. Atmosphere = 10 stars! Love the comic book art work, especially on the walls in the mens bathroom. Staff= 10stars. They clearly articulated their process of ordering, service, and paying all when we were greeted. Made things super easy. Food=20stars.... yes 20 stars.... I looooooove Ramen and have been to many of the local Ramen restaurants... this Ramen is epic! Like Thor sending a lightning bolt epic! Stop reading, get in your car, and come here NOW!
One of the best ramen i have eaten, the broth was tasty and the egg delicious. Friendly staff.
The Ramen was okay. It wasn't very authentic but I don't need authenticity for it to be great. I would say the noodles in the three soups I tried were aldente meaning a little more firm than I was expecting. The peas in my soup weren't cooked well and I don't know if it was intentional or not, it was still good just not great much like the total experience. I don't know why it was rated so high, perhaps it is because the store is located in the college area of San Antonio and college age kids are rating it because they have on average a more limited experience or maybe I don't know what I am talking about and this is the best Ramen ever. I'm am leaning toward my first hypothesis. I will say that the 6 minute egg, as they call it, was incredible and probably made this a three star review instead of two. Also they charged .75 cents to make the soup spicy, I can't recall being charged to make something hotter, that didn't sit well. Anyway, the soup was fine but I don't think i will make the drive again.***Edit***I always find it interesting why an owner leaves a rude comment to an honest review. I wasn't trying to be mean just giving my impression of the restaurant. A good owner would take the criticism and use it constructively. Just to be fair, I will take the part out of my review about living in Japan as I can see why living in a country that is world famous for their Ramen may not provide me with any extra insight but I am docking a star for poor customer experience. I also may have gone a bit too far about not making the drive out there again because I may, there seemed to be a really good authentic asian restaurant next door I want to try.
Excellent food and the flavors were phenomenal. The bao buns and dumplings were amazing appetizers. The ramen was spot on delicious, highly recommended this place ?
If I could I would give them no stars at all. I was just here and the employees cooking the food had no face masks on them. It does not matter if Texas law allows them or not, this is a health hazard for their customers and they obviously do not care about them. I will not be coming back to a business that does not think about it's customers well-being.Also notice they claim to "take the pledge" (see attached picture), while they are not following several points. As mentioned, the cooks were not using face masks, there were no phisical distance between customers, and they did not take the temperature to any of the customers that arrived while we were there.
Mrs Kimberly Louis is wonderful! She helped me get my first profit . She made the entire process smooth and I felt completely supported after investing the minimum of $1000 she made over $10,500 for me in a week . First time and I would definitely go back
Service and presentation of food was great!Kimchi ramen was interesting. Not the authentic Korean kimchi, however it was not bad. Pulled pork bao bun and karage appetizers were delicious.
