The food's not as good as it used to be. Had the Miso Ramen today and the Chasu was hard and overcooked. Even when soaked in the broth it was hard and flavorless The Gyoza was just ok. Used to be phenomenal. The sauce was average and a bit oily. No Bento, no Amaebi , no Ramune and no hot tea. I don't think I've ever been to an Adian ace (fusion or not) that doesn't serve hot tea. It was ok, just not as good as before they moved.

Fantastic Ramen joint, new location across the street but same tantalizing flavor, I’ve been to well over 20 ramen places all over the state and the shoyu ramen has the perfect savory “umami” flavor, and dare I say the absolute best of them all! You have to try the gyoza as it is by far the best gyoza I’ve ever had in the state!! Both appetizer fries are fantastic as well. Love coming here when I make it in to San Antonio and you should too!Reasonable prices for the quality of the food as well and very trendy artwork and Music! Not to mention the service is almost as good as the food!I do recommend making a reservation the day before unless you make it in on a weekday otherwise you may find a long wait for a table! A++

I would love to give a 5 star because my love for ramen is insane! But there’s a couple things i didn’t enjoy about Nama Ramen.First of all I got the (Spicy Karaage Ramen) Yakuza style which pretty much means extra spicy. Well my tolerance for spicy food is insanely high, I bite habanero peppers, chile de arbol, and serrano peppers bite for bite and usually around 3 peppers with some of my meals. And I’ve had the (Spicy Karaage Ramen) before a couple months back and it was very tolerable, but this time I couldn’t even enjoy the ramen, the yakuza style just kills most flavor because it just taste like a bottle of hot sauce was dumped in your bowl. I understand there’s a warning well not really but it says no returns but I think the menu should give a fair warning stating the yakuza style is extremely spicy. I’ve ate very spicy food even bit into a carolina reaper pepper and this soup was not to far from it.My girlfriend got the regular (Spicy Karaage Ramen) and the flavors were very good!I think maybe this time around the cook dashed a couple more dashes of spice mix than usual. Wish it could be a bit more balanced to where you can still taste the original ramen flavors. On to the next con about nama ramen. The place is just too small for its current popularity, I would love to sit in a more comfortable space and not feel like everyone is surrounding me, it’s very tiny and the wait time is not so bad but I can imagine at times it can be long.Next the music is very loud and may not suit everyone’s taste, me personally I would like a more Japan vibe experience rather than rock like I’m at a concert.Next the table was very sticky and when I got up after sitting for about 25 minutes my shorts stayed stuck to the chair because the chair isn’t smooth to the surface it’s more like a huge sticker was pulled off and they couldn’t get the sticky off.Lastly I really didn’t like the cheap plates and cups it definitely took away from the restaurant experience and felt more like a bday party or picnic. After all I will return to this place I did overall enjoy the food I hope eventually the owner can read most of these comments and take some of the criticism into consideration. This place has so much more potential.Pros: good foodNice staffClean environmentDecent prices

Well well, first time in here very nice and clean place BUT the manager Naomi (That’s what she said) she had a very condescending attitude saying they won’t seat us until all five guests arrived then we waited and same Naomi telling us with a sarcastic behavior that we have to wait 45 minutes and they can’t put tables together when I saw three empty tables… after that, sarcastically she said goodnight. I asked for a corporate number she said (Naomi) that is a private company also I asked for a business card and she said I can complaint on Instagram. Please owner of this restaurant take note on that type of ignorance and unprofessional behavior. Never again! Thanks

Great food! Would recommend!

Food was super tasty. Friends all loved the ramen and the sushi was very fresh. Employees were really attentive and on top of things! Great atmosphere. But the music was too loud; speaker plugged into the ground. I also wasn't a fan of the appetizers and drinks being plated on paper plates and cups. Ruined the atmosphere.

After living in Okinawa Japan for 3 years, I have had my fair share of authentic Japanese food. This place is AMAZING!!!!! Tasted like Okinawa! I love the atmosphere, the staff the music, and the food! Definitely suggest trying this place, you won't regret it! I will be back Many Many times!

Extremely satisfied with the food. We got the nama roll, spider roll, and the pork rib ramen. Everything was really good. The servers were super attentive and very kind. This will definitely become my go-to ramen place. Highly recommend!

It was good find for ramen on a winter evening. They have indoor seating only. The waiting was a bit longer. I was very impressed with the way they were following all covid guidelines!!Coming to the food...The ramen is very good. They have 4 major options to select from. We tried the Spicy Karage ramen... I enjoyed eating it. We also tried the Teppanyaki. It comes with rice, veggies and choice of protein. Please do try their Bankai Habanero Bomb - I wish they were selling a bottle of it.

Good soup. First experience and loved it. I was under impression it was home made noodle style from 10 cent packs. This was not the case..its gourmet style meal with all the diced yummy proteins...the soup is really good and you really dont need anything else. The soup is very filling.
