Stopped at MOD here in San Antonio, TX for my first time ever and ordered 4 pizzas. Jeremiah Kinson took my order and he helped make my pizzas. His positive attitude, profound professionalism, and smile helped transform a tough day for me into a great one. I'll be back, because of his phenomenal customer service skills. Great pizza too!
Tasty pizza made your way and friendly service. Only downer was the dining room being a little messy (tables not wiped down, trash on floor not being picked up).
Soo good. Fun trendy chain restaurant where you tell them what you want and they build your pizza or salad your way. The staff at this location were very friendly and efficient but dressed a little too casually for my preference.

Worst experience today! Literally noone in this place wanted to be there I got there at 11:05am no customers were inside took about 5 min for someone to actually start my order, I felt like it was sloths in motion, writing my name, taking my order.( 1st girl) 2nd girl in peach shorts and a cap super rude and not friendly when cashing me out, I asked for a bag and she cut me off and started talking to another customer, then never got a bag for my 2 pizzas. I'm not sure how thing went by the time I got my 2 pizzas but the line was long and people looked frustrated. I'm assuming at the slow pace and awkward interaction from all workers working this shift today. Hopefully a manager will see this and train on customer service and fast service. Usually this place is awesome and great customer svc but today was terrible!!!!!!
LOVE this place. Not only is the make-your-own pizza set up fun and easy, they also have a ton of ingredients and they're really cool about individualizing anything just the way you like. We've been here over ten times in the last year, and the staff is ALWAYS super nice, super courteous, super helpful. The food is fresh and delicious and they even have great vegan options--meat and cheese!--which is great for our family. I personally also recommend the no name cakes which are that perfect chocolatey tack on after a hot savory pizza ??
Best place for lunch ever. Healtier than other pizza places and always tastes *amazing* the next day. Taste as good as the first day.
BEST PIZZA ‼️ I love that you don’t have to pay for each topping. I love that they offer cauliflower crust. I love their selection of sauces. I love that they care so much about the community and giving back. you can taste that they really care even in the quality of their ingredients. Outstanding business model in my humble opinion. I left with a smile on my face and a satisfied hunger. Thank y’all for everything you do!!
Went right when they opened. They must have had expired food or left out food from day before. Everyone who went had stomach issues afterwards. Other times I've gone it's been good. It's super loud and echoes inside.
Ordered online, walked in and never before have I seen so many people at this location. Despite being SLAMMED and a few obviously unhappy customers, they handled it perfectly. First time ever getting the thick crust as well and it's beautiful. 10/10
