Sunday evening my husband and I tried this deli for the first time. Went in with about medium expectations and they were well exceeded. We didn’t know what we wanted and the staff was so helpful I can’t remember their names. We got a hot pastrami sandwich with honey mustard and it was perfect. The mac and cheese was decent. But let me emphasize how nice the staff was again- super helpful and really amazing. McAllister’s they have the meats.
Didn’t receive any dressing for my steak salad. Tomatoes and cucumbers are diced entirely too small to eat with a fork. And also no utensils but luckily my coworkers had some. First time visiting this establishment. Maybe I’ll be able to give a better review after going to a different location.
I requested a delivery item from this location and when DOORDASH delivered my order I was missing items. I called the McAllister deli to let them know. Brenda who was the manager on duty was so kind and determined to make it right. She refunded my items and replaced my entire order. She was so kind when I went to pick my items up. I was so impressed. The food at this location is always good! Thank you Brenda for your wonderful customer service. I am definitely a repeat customer! ❤️☺️
The food is excellent fresh, fast, and a great value. The lime basalmic vinaigrette is to die for! We had the choose 2.
I ordered two soups to go, I was the only person in the store. I was not greeted or acknowledged and it took your staff over ten minutes to pour soup into two bowls. No apology for the wait. The guy just handed me my food without saying anything. Very rude. It shouldn't take 14 minutes to pour soup.
This place is getting hit bad with labor shortage. They are still super friendly and have good service, but you are going to have to wait. I feel bad for them. They just can't keep up. Hope to see them back to full speed soon.
My wife and I love going to Mcalister's whenever we can and we were not disappointed here. The food did not take long and it was great. Staff were very nice.
I had several special requests as I was there with two small grandchildren, but between Ellaina our host and Samantha the manager, they took care of everything. And our order came out super fast just as the reviews in previous years stated. You can’t go wrong with this McAlister’s.
I did the choose two, the salad with the vinaigrette, cranberries, blue cheese and chicken was delicious. I also loved my Italian sandwich. My main issue would be the cleanliness of the facility, 50% of the tables including outside stayed dirty while we ate til the cashier picked up 3 tables outside
The line was pretty speedy, as I was sitting down my food was delivered by the GM Adam, Great job. Service was super fast! staffed were friendly.
