Spent 20 minutes in line, was called by the grumpy female cashier and she informed me that they are out of spuds, no apologizes, nothing. Why not to make a note in the door since this is their staple menu item? Half of the line behind me left after they’ve heard the cashier.Another problem with this location: the app doesn’t have an option to add cheddar-jack to the spud. Brought to personnel’s attention multiple times, they assured to fix it and nothing is fixed. I try to use the app to save my lunch time but have to stay in line and then wait for the order for a long time. The location has the cheddar-lack option if I place an order in person. With other location I visit sometimes I didn’t notice this issue.This problem prevented me from ordering a big lunch for my colleagues, I ordered from Panera in the same area.Overall, the service is always unfriendly and the food (in most cases) prepared very sloppy (but it’s conveniently located), they often forget utensils for the to-go order, and when asked an extra pickles - it was never given.
Had the French dip sandwich. It was tasty and had just enough meat to cover the bread so it could be a sandwich... Technically. Lol The bun was good and the meat had a good flavor. However the Au jus was bland and taste like drippings in water. No wine or Worcestershire sauce in it. A good au jus can make an ok roast beef sandwich taste like a great one! If I go back I'll get the Reuben. I had the pastrami sandwich once and it was good. The staff was great and the restroom and dinning room was clean.
Food was good. Maybe a bit overpriced for some of the simpler sandwiches. Roast beef was some of the best I've had in a while-very good flavor. Would probably go another half star if I could:; just shy of 5-star worthy.
Haven't been here in a while. Ordered sandwich to go, opened it in the car to take a few bites (thankfully!) and discovered a long hair weaving through it. Zoom in to see it over the tomato and again over the turkey. ? Manager apologized, offered to make another, said kitchen staff wear hair nets but from what I could see, no employees were wearing hair nets. I declined the remake and picked up some tacos instead
Dirty tables throughout the dining area. Bathroom smell very unappealing, I mean it's a bathroom but this is on a different level. Only 2 customers but the 5 staff are busy talking. Our order took more than 15 minutes to receive. Tasted good is only plus. Our Memphian had a piece of roast beef the size of a fingernail and was failed to be informed that the southwest avocado chicken salad is short the avocado because of nationwide shortage. Employees are playing rock paper scissors instead of cleaning. Probably not returning.
Giving it a 2 star because the food was good.Service was sooooo bad!One of my pet peeves is when someone expects to be tipped when I have to go up to the counter and order my food.No tip from me when there is no full table service.....The young lady brought my food to the table, which, BTW, I had to wipe down because the table was dirty.Won't be going there again
Took 20 mins to get our food and it literally looks like a 5 year old made this. Where is the meat? At one point the employees were all no where to be found. Tables were dirty but what’s new? This location has gone down the toilet so bad and I won’t be coming back. Make the extra drive and go to the one on 1604 if you want a better experience.
We ordered the new steak and white cheddar sandwich was surprisingly good, however, the meat placement was all on one side of the bread so there was no even distribution. Other than that the rest of our order was good (same issue with our other sandwiches). The staff (the managers) seemed less than thrilled to be working on a Saturday and showed little acknowledgement to their guests. The rest of the staff (employees) were friendly and inquired often about whether I had been attended to. The dining room was littered with dirty dishes which would suggest they had just finished their rush and were understaffed. A very “eh” experience
Had lunch with an old friend and had the chicken sandwich. Really good and the atmosphere was great. Tables were clean and bused as so as customers left. This is my first visit and I will come again❤
I called ahead for a baked spud with chili and cheese. The baked potato was terrible. Yes it was big however undercooked (raw) with barely any chili, which I could have opened a better brand of can chili than this one.To add to this mediocrity, they apparently forgot to add cheese. This was at 4:00 pm where was not even rushed hour that could explain the terrible execution of a simple chili cheese baked spud. The iced tea was water down with the huge amount of added ice that melted of course since it was a take out order.
