Marble slab has become one of our easy go-to date nights. We live in Kerrville Texas and are more than willing to drive for marble slab. We've never been disappointed with the flavors that we've gotten. It's nice to be able to put your own imagination into ice cream. So many flavors to choose from and so many different mix-ins. I highly recommend if you've never been to marble slab, put it on your calendar take a friend, or take your kids or take your whole family and then go enjoy a little sweetness in your day.

This place is great because of the friendly young people working there. These kids are clearly trying their best and seem to enjoy their jobs ( at least the last few ti.es I've been there recently). That being said, I never see signs of a "manager " or "supervisor ". I just wanted to acknowledge them. Good job guys ?
Service by the employee's was real good. Ice cream awsome, but the seating area was super dirty, lot's of trash, and outside tables were real dirty as well. Other than that, employees were awsome.
The ice cream shop is one of those places that everything is going to be good. So I usually walk in and tell the person to just make me something I don't care what it is as long as it doesn't drip. Once again the same location made a perfect shake of something. Really nice people really clean place and very patient with other customers that had kids running all over the place.
We've been to this location several times and the service continues to get worse each time. The management for this location should be fired. They had a brand new employee who didnt know how to make or mix the ice cream working the counter with almost no help. It took her so long to find each of the mix-ins that by the time we received our ice cream it was completely melted. The poor employee was visibly upset as a long of 15 people streching out the door watched her struggle. The manager on duty came out several times looked at the line and offered no help to the employee or customers who were waiting. Terrible managemnet and terrible service.
Staff was not very happy when I ordered a shake. The girl threw her head back and was like ahh what kind. Then the place is so dirty just pass by and look at the windows. Even the ice cream class was covered in fingerprints. Do better owners. Take pride in your establishment. And don’t give me the same copy and paste response you give all your bad reviews
This Review is late, but I wanted to tell everyone about the awesome service and act of kindness this location displayed on a week night at the end of February. Our Basketball Team was delayed multiple hours and unsure if our flight would take us to the next destination of the road trip.This Marble Slab allowed 30+ people into their store at 9:55 pm. They close at 10 pm. They graciously took everyone's order and stayed open an additional hour until we were given final word on our flight.As the coordinator of our travel, I can not thank them enough for their understanding and customer service. If we are ever back in the area, we will gladly support this location!!
I found a hair on my Ice-cream and the pecan was tasted old. They did offer me a new refill. But I hope more hygienic steps can be taken to avoid these.
Holy cow I'm not from San Antonio was craving ice cream decided to go here and the lady was nice answered my questions, and ice cream is better than back home
