Overall, not a bad deal. They ran out of whipped topping but the guy made up for it.He hooked me up with some cookies for the inconvenience.Return trip is warranted.Make sure you're part of the rewards program, and if you are, tell.them so you can rack up points for free stuff.Didn't get the Big Guy's name but, he was cool as beans.
Not much of a variety, but ice cream. Lobby clean, counter very clean. Staff is helpful and nice.
Took the family to have some ice cream. Each tried a sample to figure out what they wanted. When it was my turn I was told we weren't allowed any more samples. Mind you each person only tried 2. I've never been here before, so had no idea what I wanted. How am I supposed to decide if I'm not allowed to try any. Lost another sale over a teaspoon of ice cream. Really stupid business practice. They got $40 worth and the person buying can't try any.
Was asked to wear a mask or leave. I do not carry mask with me so I asked to be provided one and attendant was really rude. My kids really wanted ice cream and left the shop sad because we were not able to be served. I will never come back to any of these locations. If you are going to mandate masks at least provide customers with masks. I have no issue with wearing a mask but I do for being rude about it.
I'm writing this review of the one star Because of my cake service, I ordered a custom cake, and asked for a banner that says "Happy 17th Birthday Abigail." Usually I'm okay with mistakes, I get it were human. But the workers snickered at my request. My boyfriend didn't think that was right. I didn't make a big fuss about this issue. I was polite and said it was ok. I wouldn't order a cake from here again and just stick to the one on Broadway. Besides this everything is good in the store.
The store on Military Dr Is an absolute joke. The inside was very dirty and the guy working would not serve us because we didn’t have a mask. He said it was policy as his mask was halfway down is face.
Would not let us in because we did not have on a mask even though employees were not wearing mask correctly.
Any business that reject money for a mask is not one I want to do business with at all.Not even major corporations like Apple requires mask. I'll just drive my family a couple more minutes down military drive and support our local ice cream shop.
Staff was friendly, the ice cream was delish! I love all the crazy combinations and mixtures that they make. It’s absolute a must visit and amazing. You can also preorder flavored ice cream cakes ahead of time for only about $30 smallest size. They also have online ordering. Awesome, keep it up !
a little expensive but ok, must be worth the cost right? the coffee ice cream tasted like everything but coffee. butter pecan is just vanilla ice cream and you must add pecans? All the seats were put up like it was closing time even though it was 2pm. Had to sit at single table outside where ice cream melted immediately.
