I'm happy and relieved for this location. I feel that my children are safe here and it's very clean. The employees are respectful, bartenders are knowledge, temperature is nice. It's not hot inside and it's not cold, plenty of space and the manager Austin does an outstanding job. He knows how to treat customers and is always glad to help.

Be very careful when you visit this location. The service is great yes, games are a blast. However if are one of the many many people over the last 12 months who have had their vehicle stolen from there like myself you may get the not our problem response. This is a know problem they have and is a weekly/monthly occurrence here. I was told by management staff the trees need to be trimmed so cameras could be properly utilized and upper management always tells staff there customers vehicles are not their concern. You would think if they are aware their customers & staffs vehicles are being stolen from their property it would be important to address. Well it’s not. Especially on weekends it’s twice a night. This was told to me by staff. So take our family to the establishment, we give you our hard earned money to them, and when our livelihood in some cases is stolen from us on their property it’s oh well mentally. They need to hire security, parking lot security to just give a illusion of security at least. But no. I will never spend a dime there again.

We had an end of the year get together (teachers at the end of the school year) and it was definitely fun. We didn’t get to get tickets, but I think that was just part of the package for unlimited play for 1 hour, which makes sense. I would say to make sure people are aware of that, but I’m not sure if we were supposed to be told by our staff and it just didn’t get brought up, so benefit of the doubt. We also had certain bowling lanes reserved for our party, which was AMAZING. I loved not having to wait for a chance to bowl and being sure we could bowl with our coworkers/friends and have it really be relaxing. Overall, I would definitely recommend it for a staff celebration as long as you make sure no one thinks they will be able to win jackpots or get prizes :)The one thing I would highly recommend is making sure to let the attendees know (all…not just the bosses) that it is ‘last call’ for food. I and several of my coworkers did not realize that they were going to pick up the pizzas from the line, so we did not get to get more pizza or salad as we would have liked. When we went to go get it, we saw that they were removing the serving trays. That was a little disappointing, so that both myself and several others ended up going to buy food cheaper elsewhere as soon as we were able to leave (as soon as work hours ended) because we were still very hungry.Overall, enjoyable with a few suggestions.

The wait staff was horrible. We had maybe four different waiters and it confused us and them. One guy was from a different location and kept trying to help us but then kept saying he would go find someone else. It was just too chaotic. Our food took an hour to come out. (We did not go during rush hour) A lot of it wasn’t served at the same time. We had a waiter come over to us with food that wasn’t ours. We waited 20 minutes for our check. No drink refills. The games are pricey but that’s expected. But 1/4 of them didn’t work. And no one was around to get help or a refund. It just seemed like a run down Dave and busters.Would I come again: No.

Decent prices, nice staff, fun! Love the bowling

This is a very nice place! Service is good, environment is nice!

It was very clean and I didn't feel it was too crowded. This is a nice location where the front desk was patient and informative. I mentioned to the manager that I was impressed. We let 15 kids loose on the place and had a great time! Much cleaner but smaller than the Main Event we frequent in Lewisville, Tx. A nice place to take your kids or just go bowling with some freinds.

The place has a lot of potential. The bowling was really fun but the arcade had its issues. Some of the games wouldn’t work and would just take your money. I won multiple times the jackpot on the spinning wheel and it did not update to my card. Had to get customer service to give me my points and credit back. I was only credited the 1000 points and was out of the other jackpots. Kids had fun however again the machines need card reader cleaned often and to make sure they are properly working. Other than that, we had a good time.

We took my son here for his 13th birthday. All staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire place is extremely clean and I loved the way it was set up. It’s well organized and easy to navigate. If you have any questions there is always someone available to help you and they are more than happy to do so. My kids had an absolute blast and we will be back again!!!!!

This place has a variety of activities, but it doesn't excel at any of them in particular. I went on a church outing on a Saturday afternoon. I won't complain about how packed it was because any of these places on the weekend experience a high volume of customers. It's not within their control. We got to the service desk and the woman sold us on the activity bands that gave us unlimited access to Bowling, Laser Tag, Pool, and the ropes course. However, bowling was filled up until 10 PM and we couldn't wait that long. Pool and the ropes course also had a long wait, though we were able to enjoy them in our visit. The line for laser tag was long as well. The fact that we had to wait for things isn't the issue. The issue is that we were upsold on the activity pass only to have to spend a majority of our time waiting and miss out perhaps the biggest attraction of that pass.We were offered time cards for the arcade games as compensation, but a significant portion of the games were not in working order. On an already busy day, this created more waiting to enjoy the activities, especially since the arcade was rather small. Combine that with the lack of preparedness for the influx of guests, it feels like a raw deal. The ropes course was also very underwhelming. We got on during our reserved time and we were greeted to a limited selection of ropes and walkways connecting the platforms. Perhaps it's geared for a younger demographic. In that case, best enjoyed before the age of 14. Additionally, after 10 minutes, the employee who was monitoring the course scolded me and my group members to leave the course. I understand that the job is draining and it's difficult to hold a smile when kids break rules constantly. I just wish he had a somewhat calmer attitude.Where I give this facility grace is the laser tag. Despite the line, the experience itself is absolutely fine and I cannot find any issues. What can be taken from this is instead of going somewhere with a variety of underwhelming attractions, go somewhere that does one thing extremely well.
