Never again. Every time we come through the drive thru there is a long wait when there is no one line. The food is alright but the salsa is great. We don’t live on this side of town of 410, so conveniently we pick up when we can. Good luck if you speak English because you will get treated differently. Today they messed up on our order and we called to inform them we got bean and cheese instead of guisada with cheese. We also asked for steak quesadilla and got cheese. As we work in customer service and management as well. So Instead of accommodating us for their mistakes, they wanted us to drive all the way back, return the food and wait till they fix it. Other restaurants typically ask you to write their managers name or refund the money. They asked for us to come back to refund the money but they can just do it from the computer, I do it at work, so it’s not hard. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this place is no bueno.
Wow! This place was actually really good. Was thinking Bill Millers was down the rd but it turned out I was off by one exit. So I was hesitant to try this place. The kids meal quesadilla was actually a quesadilla instead of a taco like some places. The green sauce was really good. I made the mistake of pouring the whole little container out. It was so good but super spicy. My nephew got 2 bean and cheese tacos. He said they were ok. Bill Millers usually has better tacos. Rice was decent, with it was a little softer. Overall great quesadilla.
The food was very delicious! It was fresh and hot. Salsas were delicious. Customer service was fast and friendly. Lemonades were very good! The place just needs some fresh TLC but I can't complain about the food. I got the 5 rolled tacos and I will be going back for more. Like I said the place does need some TLC that's why I dropped a star but it was a good place to go for lunch.
Food was okay, but the restaurant definitely needs some maintenance and some health training. Their air conditioning was broken and it was hotter inside the restaurant than outside and it was probably 89° outside. As far as health safety concerns, they have an open concept in the kitchen where guests can see the cooks prepare food. None of them used gloves while handling food or condiments such as salsa. And went from handling kitchen equipment, to wiping down equipment, to cooking food, to transferring salsa from one large container into another. Not one person wearing gloves, masks or even washing their hands in between.
Came here Thursday night after work with my girlfriend. We got 3 beef fajita tacos, 1 beef fajita burrito and 2 drinks; not only was it $30, it was also inedible! The “beef fajita” was flavorless and weirdly pale, almost uncooked. If you’re craving Mexican food, skip this place and spend your money elsewhere.
Overall a good place, hours are weird because it says 24 hours in the shop and online it says its 6 AM to 12 AM but a couple of times i found it close at around midnight and once i found it open at 3 AM. Its an alright place to look for late night food if option is available.
I ordered super nachos. The top layer was tasteful but then nothing on bottom layer. I asked for extra cheese like nacho cheese and sour cream. I was disappointed after reading all this hype of the best nachos ever reviews.
Tortillas tasted store bought and not homemade. Tacos would be great with better tortillas. Salsa was good.
Good food, quick service and good prices.
We ordered rolled beef taquitos and a chili relleno burrito. Total cost $29!!!! I didn't realize how much their prices have gone up and totally not worth it! Rolled taquitos were not fresh and burrito was basically a bean burrito! Not worth another trip, we will not be back! I realize that some food prices have went up, but not like this! 5 rolled taquitos are not worth $10!
