The steak was horrible - very sinewy. The service was lacking - treat all your customers at the table the same don’t say I got to the person you think is paying the bill! The salad had limp lettuce, so half of it couldn’t be eaten. I would not recommend going here - not to mention it took forever to get the bill & receipt finalized. Waitress was not attentive! Please just fill the glasses without having to be asked.
Went to this Longhorn Steakhouse by North Star Mall on a Saturday night on 3/26/22 for my moms bday and my experience was not good at all, I always order the rib eye outlaw and I always order it medium well, this was not medium well, I sent the steak back twice and they still didn’t get it right…manager didn’t even come out to apologize or anything. Services was not up to par…I was in San Antonio for the weekend from Houston and I will not return to this location
Great place to eat! Food is fresh, drinks are tasty. Very reasonable in price. Centrally located to make it easy to meet after work!
I try to give places a fair shake but this place absolutely deserves the bad review I am giving. Took my wife out to celebrat our 5th wedding anniversary, So first we showed up and they said it would be a 45 minute wait, that was fine but then 45 minutes turned into a hour and a half.Then once we got seated and ordered our food the bread shows up and the small white plates still have food on them (check the photos), then main course got to our table before the appetizer did (thankfully they didn't charge us for that). But when the appetizer did show up half way through the main course it looked like some just slapped some chicken tender bites on a plate and drizzled some sort of sauce over it with no thought to presentation and there was other food mixed in with the appetizer itself! (See photo)Finally the service overall was terrible. Brought out new plates and glasses for refills and didn't take away the old plates or glasses so the table was cluttered (see photo). This is supposed to be a more upscaled steak house and my wife does a better job at home and it sure wouldn't have been a bad experience for our 5th wedding anniversary!
Been here twice, and will be back again!Food's good, service is friendly and prompt, the servers work their tails off. I have been to every stake house in San Antonio, and they are one of the best. Good prices too.
The food and service here is always great but I felt like getting curbside and had to order through the phone because I was using a gift card I received for a Christmas gift(why can't you use it for online order?) I spent almost 15 min calling the store and no one ever picked up and this has happened multiple times before also. Anyways I ended up getting food from somewhere else
We attended a birthday dinner for a party of 12. The server we had was amazing! He remembered everyone's drink, kept our drinks filled. Everyone's dinner order was bought out in a timely manner, no errors. The staff was very friendly and we would definitely come back here again.
Ohh it's been a while since I visited the San Pedro and 410 North Star Mall areaCami my server was very good,she made me feel welcomed. I didn't feel rushed, my rare steak was prepared to perfection, the steamed asparagus was tasty. The only disappointment was you no longer offered fried asparagus as a option
Service was great. Waiter was awesome. Ordered the rib eye med rare, got super well done. 2/5 steaks were cooked wrong at our table, but we just ate and enjoyed the day. Service more then made up for over cooked steak.
Food was delicious and service was okay. Family time was great. Wish it was a little cheaper so we could come more often.
