I travel all over the country for business. Ordered the Ox Tail large. Absolutely phenomenal. Some of the best Ox Tail I’ve ever had. There rice was fantastic too. I will be ordering them again when I come back.
As a born and bred Jamaicans these were possibly the worst tasting oxtail meals we’ve ever had. There was no flavor at all. The serving was quite generous though which was there only plus. Our 30mins drive and $40 were a total waste. Don’t even get me started on the customer service and them not having half of the things on the menu. I hope this was just an off day, if not we 10/10 don’t recommend.
They get 5 stars from me! Food was right on point and I love that I can get my favorite cuisine whenever I want. Food is affordable and the portions are great for the price. I love the vibe and the atmosphere there and gives a great experience of delicious Jamaican food! Try it and see for yourself.
Jerk chicken was dry as the summer is hot in San Antonio, and it lacked, heavily, in the seasoning department. Ox tail was tender enough but the pool of grease that came with it was unappetizing. Maybe skim that braising liquid every now and then? The sides were pretty tasty, and for that they get a couple stars.
The beef patty is absolutely top tier. I will be going back to order a dozen to freeze soon.Coco bread was a little dry, but the flavor was there. I also got the goat roti. The roti was perfect. The goat was perfectly tender and flavorful, if a tad salty.Definitely going back to try other offerings.
I had a taste for some Oxtails so I stopped by today. For a Friday at 6pm they weren’t busy at all. They were out of the steamed cabbage I like so I opted for the mixed vegetables which were good and flavorful. The oxtails were tender and the rice and peas are a must have

Jerk shrimp and the Jack fish were both great!
The Food is alright. But after you factor in the quantity and price its better options out there. And rice and pea should always come with a meal, and then offer two sides. Making it a side option when you can only have two sides is a rip off.
