I ordered my food at 6:24 PM, it claimed it would be ready at 6:36 PM and here it is 6:58 PM and I am still waiting. Terrible service will not wait an hour for a sandwich again.
Used to be a good place to go. New staff talks about customers where other customers can hear them. Very unprofessional. New staff seems to think its the customers fault that they are busy. We come to give you our money and eat. We dont care if you are busy. If sandwich was not good i would give zero stars
I loved this sub shop! I went for the first time and ate the italian sandwich. It was so tasty. The staff were very kind and helpful. I cannot wait to go back!
We had the Philly Cheesesteak and the Bacon Cheesesteak sandwiches, both were meaty and tasty. I little pricier than anticipated however I will com back and try the Hot Italian.

This was our second time to this location. We first came right after it first opened several years ago and were not impressed at the time. Very different this round. Our sandwiches were excellent, the young man behind the counter was very friendly, and overall experience was good. Based on what are probably COVID-related staffing issues, there appeared to only be two guys on duty, so the dining area and bathroom needed some serious work, as they had gotten behind. We'll come back again, and hopefully the cleanliness will be better and the sandwiches just as good.
Today was my first time having Lenny’s and I was not disappointed. The sub was delicious, the service was good and they made my sub and got it out to me muy fast. Cookies are also delicious.
Fantastic service, great team members, always consistent in quality. This is my go to place for lunch.
