Waited in line for almost 10 mins for this. I asked for 3 beef enchiladas with extra gravy but no sour cream and this is what I get. They gave me chicken enchiladas insteaded of beef. Absolutely terrible. 12 dollars down the drain.
Great service. We showed up 30 minutes before closing with our softball team and families. The staff was welcoming and did a great job with such a large group. Food & drinks were perfect.
Our waitress was very attentive and courteous. Always made sure to check on us, but food and cleanliness can use some work. My husband and I ordered Palapas special, the fajitas we kind of dry and kind of old looking, the enchiladas were poorly prepared. The enchilada sauce was SUPER clumpy.The table next to us was dirty, chips were on the floor and instead of someone cleaning it, they sat people at that table. Won’t be going back
I like this Las Palapas location a lot! The restaurant is very spacious and the outside patio is super nice. The nice big bar was just a bonus offering plenty of drink options. On my visit, Las Palapas was offering Fiesta food items that I crave during this time period...lol. The Chicken on a stick, sausage on a stick, and nachos were all very good. My friend mentioned did his breakfast taco very tasty. Excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!
Every time I go back, I ask myself why I tried again. They built my sons to go nachos around a styrofoam cup since I asked for the veggies on the side. Pretty unhealthy having this made around styrofoam. Brought in the photos and had a manager argue with me about it. Just went around and around in circles about how nothing was wrong even tho I showed him the burnt, stale chips. Trash food, trash service, trash management.
Great drive thru service. We were in town and I had not gotten sopapillas since the pandemic. Boy, Las Palapas makes the best sopapillas! This place made them just right and generously sprinkled them with powdered sugar and cinnamon! Great coffee too.
We had a great experience there! Having never been before and craving a good, sit-down Tex-Mex meal, it was perfect. Food tasted great, portions were ample, priced reasonably and the service was awesome. Only disappointment was a slow and syrupee margarita, but all else was awesome! Refreshingly high level of service for what I typically experience these days.
Upon entering the store it was very clean and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. Service was quick but good. Very extensive menu leaving something for everyone. Would recommend the Enchiladas. Alina our server was very helpful with the menu as we have never been here before. I will be bringing me and my family back again
Server Jennifer Avila was awesome.. she was very attentive and extremely nice. Food was amazing as always 5 stars for her service as well.
We recently moved to San Antonio from Houston and we're SO pleased to find Las Palapas. Their food is of excellent quality and fairly priced. Portions a good and service is always given with a smile and a great attitude which seem hard to find these days. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anyone anytime. We have yet to be disappointed.
