Never Again?Worst Experience Ever? Flies every where, you can't Eat in Peace?I had to talk to the Manager so I can let him know about that huge opening by the Bar. I told him: If I wanted to eat Outside in 100 Degree Weather I would of gone Outside, so why don't you close down that big opening by the Bar, it will keep the flies, mosquito's, Bees etc. Besides I wanted to eat Inside in the Cold AC, and also the other the people inside can also eat in Peace without the Dirty Flies and in comfort of the cold AC.I WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN! I wish their was No Stars because this place really earned Zero Stars.

Well staffed, clean. Really good food with good portions. Friendly staff and food was reasonably priced.

Great happy hour! We always sit outside so we can have Oscar as or server. The food is typical Las Palomas, meaning depending on when you show up, whose in the kitchen, etc., but the food is never bad. The drinks are always perfect.

The chicken macho burrito is my go-to. Something about the gravy keeps me coming back for more. Absolutely enormous portions, and a huge 20% (or was it 25%?) discount for military with ID. Love their service and support. Giant drink cup sizes, I’ve never found myself going hungry or thirsty when visiting Las Palapas. Definitely one of my top Mexican restaurants in San Antonio.

Always inviting loved the atmosphere, dishes were Cheese Enchiladas for me amd the Honey had fish tacos. The only bad part was the delicious salsa wasn't hot enough for me..but it was very very tasty

I'm from out of town and enjoyed our visit hereIt's nice inside and they had live music. The menu had a good variety of dishes, but we weren't that hungry so most of us just go nachos or queso. They aren't your typical loaded nachos. Each chip was layered with toppings along with crema & guac in the the middle. I believe that it is was the super nacho. My sister ordered a cocktail, something piña (I can't remember the name) & she said it was too strong for her (she's weak ?) so I got to have it. It was good! I could taste it the rum, which I like because it's doing the job. I was guessing this would be somewhat tex-mex mostly because I'm from DFW, but San Antonio knows better ?. I was at LA Tierra the night before & I enjoyed the food here at Las Palapas more.

The food is great so are the tacos. Everything tastes fresh and not greasy at all . The prices are very reasonable. They also have live interment . They have a thriving business which is good to see and speaks volume of there ambience service and good food.Dee O

They have so many great dishes, my favorite is stuffed avocado you can choose from chicken , beef or shrimp mmm flavorful. Great lunch specials & happy hour. Tasty Margaritas. This location is unique to all the rest, it has a garage style Bar so you can enjoy your drinks indoor or outdoor, colorful lights and heaters are in their patio.Service is spot on, staff is friendly, plenty of parking, safety measures, handicap accessibility.

Amazing food! Brianna is the most amazing waitress we have ever experienced! She was courteous, knowledgeable, understanding and great charisma! We will definitely be coming back and asking for her every time we come.

This new location is well located. The food was delicious although it was on the tepid side of hot. The rice and beans did little for the meal besides a decoration for the plate. The fajitas were absolutely delicious and tender. Jordan our server was attentive and efficient and always sporting a smile. Will be back to try the Rita’s.
