First time here and def will be last. It was hot in there and the food was def not all that. I got the cod sandwich and it was tasteless smh and seeing the bill it def was not worth it, I honestly would have been happier with long johns that's how bad this place was. It was pretty dead when we were there, guess the only good thing was our waitress she was nice.
I went with family on Sunday for a late lunch and ordered the fried shrimp! It was so good as well as my drink. We had a party of nine and our server kept the cold water coming on this hot hot day! He was an excellent server!
Paid $35+ for this horrible plate that doesn’t even include a full crab cluster, the menu shows a full fluster and our server said “they always only give you three legs” WELL THEN FIX YOUR MENU TO SPECIFY THAT. Not only do they cut the crab legs and give you less but they take the claw which is the meatiest part. What on earth are you using the other part for? From the jump we had issues with our drink, server said she was contacting manager to come talk to us and he never did, should have taken that as a sign that the entire experience was going to be horrible. I replaced my first drink with a sweet tea, they gave me unsweetened instead and when I told them it wasn’t sweet she went back to get me sweet tea but they rand out so we had to wait for them to make it. Honestly I will never come back. Don’t waste your time.
Service was great and food came out super quick! We got a few round of drinks that were amazing for being well drinks! Our server jade was so sweet, made sure we were taken care of and very knowledgeable about the menu and liquors they serve in the bar. Can't wait to come back!
We were there with our three kids for lunch on a Wednesday and there wasn’t very many people. We waited a long time for food, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal. We liked the food we got. The problem was that the waitress asked if we wanted special kid cups, but didn’t tell us they were $5.75 each. That fee was a surprise when the bill finally came. She didn’t offer to remove it when we complained, and then she had the host bring us the receipt instead of bringing it back herself. I think it’s wrong to add two items at that price without disclosing the price.
For cleanliness I cannot fault them. Our service was beyond slow in a more than half empty restaurant and a 3 table section. It took 34 min to get an order of fried pickles that didn’t even come out before our actual meal that had no flavor whatsoever. And to further salt the wound we waiting 5+ min for our receipt. Terrible experience.
After waiting 1/2 hr to be seated the waitress tells us there will be an additional 30-40 min wait for the food. There was only three other tables with people. However, a student in our group went to the bar to order a hamburger and got it within 15 minutes. They were rude and very unprofessional- we left and went to the food court where the people there were friendly and we got our moneys worth
Over priced food I could make at home! No stocked well out of fries when we went! How could u run out of fries when it’s a fish and fries kinda place?!? Very disappointed in the restaurant long time lover of beer! Daughter loves her cup!
Please close this place down. Food was terrible & service the same. Now I understand why this place was dead on a Friday night. Do yourself a favor and do not come in here. But I do want to give thanks to my server, She took care of us and the manager remove both of the fried fish platters from our check. Regardless this is a place that we will not come back to.The fried platter - I’m not sure if it was the fish or the batter but it was raw. Chicken teriyaki bowl looks better than what it tasted, stated it would been jasmine rice but tasted like regular rice.
Overall a pretty great experience! My family and I visit San Antonio very often however we'd never been to Landshark so we decided to try it out today! Our server Jade was very kind, brought everything to our table super quick and she made some amazing recommendations! (Get the fried pickles!!) And for such a good price?? We'll be coming back for sure!
