Absolutely loved the oysters, they we were very fresh and CLEAN, I'm real big on having clean oysters and they definitely delivered, thank you LA Crawfish, you guys are awesome!
Tee Pham had invited and met us @gongchasatx for bubble tea a few weeks ago. He extended the invite for us to check out @lacrawfishsanantonio Culebra location and so we headed there for dinner tonight.When I looked at the menu, I was most excited to try the oysters and the chickarrones and both did not disappoint. The oysters were served 3 different ways - Korean style, Japanese Ponzu topped with red masago and Thai Green Chili. The Japanese and Korean ones were my favorites. The Chickarrones are chicken cracklings that are just so crunchy and comes in several flavors. We had the chicken wings in 2 different flavors - Sweet & Sour (Dad's favorite) and Thai Tamarind. Both are finger licking good! What's unique is the Pho Crawfish Cajun. Dad loved the noodles, crawfish and pho combo.Tee treated us to the seafood boil, which had crab, shrimp, crawfish, potatoes, sausages and corn. Way too much food for us to finish. There's enough leftovers for tomorrow's lunch. Everything was so fresh and tasty!Another Dad favorite was the beignets! Dad kept eating them! Dad loves his sweets!Dad was mesmerized to see the robot serving our food. @lacrawfishsanantonio first used the robots!If you haven't checked them out, plan on it soon! The Michelada is spicy and yummy!
If you are looking and craving for a great place to eat crawfish you cannot find better in San Antonio. They have everything there for small or big appetites. We took crawfish spicy and no spicy and both was excellent. We also ate snow crabs and oysters and everything was so good. The waitress was very kind and nice too! For sure I will come back there!
Still okay for casual crawfish experience. They completely change the original taste but the menu still the same. Just chef or cooking style. They renovated the walls and self served table for space and artistic. Overall is an okay experience. Recommended the owner to find the orign cooking style. Services is still good with new addition of auto robots that bring food to your table. Waiter serving still good ?
Awesome experience. Crawfish and crab we’re just right. Wings not so much.
First time I ordered from them I had a fly in my extra sauce I ordered they offered to remake my order that was fine now the next time I order from them my Shrimps was so Mushy so once again they offered to remake my order here I am on March 6, 2022 picking up my remake order as I get done eating my shrimp I noticed something black come to find out it’s another bug I’m not sure if it’s a cricket or a Wasps but all I know is when I ordered my shrimps I didn’t ask for a side of cricket/wasps I will never eat at this location ever again I should have learned my lesson the first time when I received my sauce with a fly in it. I ordered a crawfish po boy and bbq shrimp what I got was calamari when I called they offered me to go pick up the right order or a discount of 10% off my next order. I said no to both I live too far and 10% is nothing the manager argued that she saw video of the boxes ok but she didn’t check inside. A refund would have been nice instead of wasting my time on hold. Next time double check your orders.
LA Crawfish is one of my favorite eateries. Are you in the mood for crawfish or crab with a delicious rub? They’ve got it. Want pho? They’ve got it also. Their menu and their flavor combinations are absolutely amazing. I had my birthday dinner here and it is always so delicious. I have never been disappointed with the food from here. I had ordered to take home many times before, but my birthday was the first time I sat down to eat in house. The service is flawless. Did I mention they have a cool little robot that rolls around the restaurant bringing food to tables? It is the cutest and I loved it when it brought out our food. I got to enjoy crab legs, the crawfish and cheese rolls, the crawfish empanadas, my boyfriend ordered the pho, and my son and mother also enjoyed crab legs. We also ordered the beignets and I had never tasted a beignet like that, it was the perfect finish to our dinner. The food is never a let down. The service is top notch. They will forever have me as a customer. Highly highly recommend.
Crawfish was as small as my pinky with no meat, it tasted like nothing. Shrimp had no flavor, dry and bland. I rather drive to Galveston than eat this garbage. Used to be great back then. Hire new chefs cus it dont taste like nothing. Smashing Crab way better ?.
