Maybe it's cause I've spent too much time in Louisiana, but this is over priced food that's OK at best. Po-boys are dry and fairly flavorless and if you want some extra sauce they will charge you.The whole place is not worth the visit and I personally will not recommend it nor be back.
You MUST GO! I tried their wings, pho, crawfish and sides; every bite was heaven.. so great, especially since it's hard to find this cuisine in San Antonio, I highly recommend. The staff was friendly, they even have a robot that brings you your food!! Very clean, and even met the owner. I've never been to a chain restaurant where I actually met the owner, he was jumping in the back cooking with his staff and meeting customers. Great atmosphere, everyone should try this place out!
Ordered the baby crawfish boil and out came a beetle. The cook said it was a "sea bug " that comes with the crawfish when they catch it. Asked for a refund and never again coming here.
Just moved to the area and we have passed by this place a couple times, finally decided to give it a try. Very good for boiled seafood. We had the crawfish and boiled shrimp, extra spicy. Cashier was nice and the robot server was cool
They have great food and I didn't have to wait long for it. They have a robot that brings your order to you. That is pretty cool. I tried the Magic Cajun Rice and paid extra to make it combo. I also got the crawfish cheese rolls and a 6 piece spicy garlic wings. All the food was delicious! I'll be going back to try other items soon.
Need to be spicy, no flavor with gumbo,Hot sauce wasn't offered.Loved our mechanical waiter.My honey said if he would have known, he would have brought a 9 volt battery to tip him. ?
Absolutely atrocious service. Ordered through doordash, went to the restaurant at the projected time the app gave us and when we got there they were bewildered that we had even made an order! To top it off, not only did they not even have the food ready, they wouldn't have been able to fulfill our order anyway because they were out of blue crab. And they didn't call us to let us know so we could change the order. Go figure. We had to go through an entire debacle to refund our order through doordash and place a new order in house, and then i was made to wait for 15 minutes whilst other people were served first.The icing on the cake, though, is the state of the food as i left the restaurant. look at this sopping mess in a plastic bag. How poorly can you package your food items that it's dripping by the time it gets to the car.
I got there at 9:06 and they already stopped serving in the dinning area. It was only Togo. (A table of three left) I didn't order any boil, didn't want my car or house smelling like it. The calamari was over salted( house seasoning). That's all I ordered. Next time I'll go when it's convent for LA Crawfish for me to dine in. I ended up eating outside.
Crawfish pho was really good. I added shrimp. Crawfish fried rice dish was excellent! Robot waiter was cool too.
Best po boys in town! The bread was freshly cooked cooked with some delicious crawfish and shrimp. Look forward to the next trip!
