Everything is good! We have never tried the desserts because we don’t do too many sweets but mainly because we are always too full. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming.

I have always loved L&L coming from the Islands and San Antonio was always good. But today the food was awful I had Bbq chicken dried out and cold. Went back with plate informed them and kitchen lady rolled her eyes. Cook took cooked chicken and threw it on grill drying it out more. Returned to me still cold and dry. French fries cold not cooked through. Saimen was cold yes saimen...Chicken Katsu cold not even warm COLD and Dry... Will not be going back. Owner not there so food has went downhill fast.

First time trying this place. Walked in the door, we were greeted with "Aloha!". After that I didn't feel welcome. The person who took our order, Isabel Garcia, was less than friendly. We stood to the side so patrons could order while we looked over the menu. We decided on what to order, she was not friendly. Dismissive. We waited a while for our food. She brought our food to us, asked if we wanted condiments. I said I don't think so, and didn't even get to ask her what condiments they had as she walked away saying "okay" not even looking at us. Displeased and will not come back. There are better Hawaiian grill places in the area that are friendly.

The service was good and the food as well. I would definitely suggest to give this place a try.

THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!! The chicken plate is my favorite with the macaroni salad on the side and nice cold lemonade. I love this place!! I just wish they opened more restaurants in different locations. I love this place but I only get to visit here very little since it’s a 30/40 min drive.

The food taste good but we waited 40 mins for our order (dine in). I just hope they told us about the long wait. I guess ordering ahead will save you time. But even then we will still come back here ?

Ordered the Chicken Katsu for my daughter. She ate halfway through and we notice the chicken was under cooked. She later complained of a stomach ache. Quality of the rest of the food was not up to par for this big order.

Great food, very attentive service, the bbq beef platter is a very generous portion so go with a big appetite. I loved the Musubi, it was my first time trying it and it did not disappoint. The only thing I would recommend is to get some stronger or larger cutlery, the forks and knives were way to small and flimsy.

I didn’t expect to find a Hawaiian spot in Texas but I’m glad I did. This is definitely a delicacy having spent 5 years in Hawaii. The food is authentic and the staff is super friendly. Unlike me, other folks knew about this place so expect a small a wait but it’s definitely worth it.

Got charged 43¢ for katsu sauce then was informed by the person who just told me the price that the price went up and it's 11¢ more rather than just giving me the sauce like any normal business would and just absorb this inflation since one price was given then another I had to pay the 11¢ more for the sauce which was sub par to say the least then the female server (Isabel) after questioning said she has worked here for less than a year (probably a lie) and doesn't know the price of the sauce but knows that's they charge for it? We paid over 35 dollars for two plates not only did it take around 35 minutes but the beef was over cooked the rice was stale and the veggies were mushy I've never been ( I can usually spot a terrible restaurant) but I gave it a try as my friend from out of town was keen on this place but felt exactly as I did after the experience. Zero stars I will never be coming back and if you are smart neither will you.
