It's my first time going to a different Boba shop but this place exceeded my expectations to the top. The vast variety of flavors and the customization of the amount of sugar, ice, and quantity you want to your drink is amazing! The place was very friendly and the employee that was working there was very patient and helped me with some recommendations. I think she knew I didn't know how to use the menu but she was very helpful and explained everything. I will definitely go back again and try the other flavors. Amazing service, wonderful atmosphere and delicious menu.

The Classic tea was perfect I added Mango Boba ?The place and restroom was clean and it was nice inside and out to chill and enjoy your order.I wish the staff was more attentive and helpful they weren’t very friendly on our visit. There were about 7 of us in our group and we all felt the same way… the customer service lacked with all 3-4 people behind the counter. At least there wasn’t much of a wait and they were super fast with our [email protected] you for your response, it is very much appreciated! We will most definitely try another visit again sometime soon. ?

Pretty consist taste between stores. Drinks are pretty sweet, even at the "70%" reduced sweetness choice. Recommend 70% sugar level if you care about that sort of thing.

I order kf green tea with milk cap and no ice but the bartender made it with ice. I require to take ice out and she complaint it hard to make and run out all milk cap so she just take out the ice without remake it then no refund for my order.Very Bad customer service

Great menu. I enjoy the various choices of texture: flavored boba, jelly, pudding, milk froth, sesame, red bean, crumbs, or pulp. You can also choose your level of sweetness and ice. I feel like I can get exactly what I want, so money well spent.

Would be 5-stars, as boba tea is great with seemingly endless options. The 2-stars is for the virtual impossibility of actually contacting someone from the “contact us” link on their website, and the fact that their Google web information is inaccurate. There is no contact form, email address, or embedded link to actually “contact” the company on their website, nor email option on Google.I was reaching out to let them know that their information on Google needed to be updated to read that delivery is not available. I didn’t want to leave a 2-star review; however, this was the only forum left to attempt to contact them to let them know that it’s frustrating as a customer to spend time searching online for information, just so that I can patronize their business. I’ve found that I’ve simply wasted my time.I understand COVID labor shortages and supply chain logistics, but this is just one of many local businesses that can’t seem to maintain even the simplest information they have chosen to share with the public. As a person who uses food delivery services daily, it’s important to know operating and delivery hours, since every restaurant here seems to have a different policy. From my perspective, it takes mere minutes to keep the Google presence updated, resulting in happier customers and more sales. Seems like an easy win-win.

So. Many. Choices!! I feel like I’ll have to come back a hundred times to try all the delicious tea options they have

The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and my tea was delicious. They have a huge variety of flavors and add-ons available- there's pretty much something for everyone.

So the boba was good, a lot better than the one at the Japanese Gardens….Made an error on my order but it was fine.Seems to be a popular local spot with a lot of activity.

First time here, not bad but could of been better...there's different places that make better drinks. Boba was overly chewy, super sweet for 'regular' sugar(more like extra sugar) and the drink will start forming clumps of powder that wouldn't go away. The taro didn't even taste like taro or look like in the picture, tasted more like green tea with loads of sugar and powdered milk.
