The atmosphere here is really nice. I enjoyed that the most. The sushi rolls were bigger than expected. Which was nice.My only complaint was the waitress was hanging out in a corner. Leaving our drinks empty. But was in point helping her friend that was sitting at the table behind us.

Disappointing experience with the service I received Saturday. I arrived at 2:25 and got sat immediately. As I was sitting waiting for my drink order to be taken countless servers were passing by looking directly towards the table but not one came to greet me. After about 10 minutes I finally flagged someone down and asked if I could put my drink order in. She said “yeah” and walked away. It was until about 5 more minutes that someone eventually came up and helped. Not sure if the wait staff is trained to not greet a table until the full party arrives (was waiting on my parents) but it takes 0 effort to at least acknowledge someone and offer a glass of water while they wait. I have been in the service industry for 6 years and this is unacceptable. I was able to see multiple wait staff in the back cleaning up instead of even taking 2 minutes to acknowledge or offer me a drink. Customers should always be priority but maybe that’s just me. I ordered my roll with the drink order considering how I had already waited a significant amount of time (even told the server I wanted that to come out because I had been waiting a while) and my parents ordered about 15 minutes later and my roll didn’t come out until the tables meal came out. Pretty ridiculous. The food is always great but the service is significantly lacking. This was the worst service experience I had here but it has not been the only bad experience at this location.

I'm leave this place a 2 star. I have visited the other location off 151. Not sure what the servers have to do in the behind the scenes but doesn't seem that this company is about service. Look like the servers has to make there own alcohol drink. Sushi is made waiting for 5 to 10 before the server is able to bring it you. We got the kumori rice, Ramen soup, Alaskan roll, firecracker roll. Food was ok meat seem to be over cooked, sushi was good. Place just need better service

Where to begin; a vacant host podium upon arrival; later to discover management hung out in the back by the service station; somehow the bartender was tasked to pull double duty during all this.Server barely knew what the menu offered. Also, she would grab soup and soft drinks by the rim when delivered and refilled; you know, like a claw. Unfortunately, her mask also impeded our ability to understand any recommendations let alone if our order was correct.Tepinyaki was pitiful, do not order; veggies were clearly microwave chef delight; sushi, though fresh enough, didn’t hold water when trying it’s weight with chop sticks.

I came here for a quick bite, so I sat at the bar and promptly got handed a menu by a waitress behind the bar. I immediately picked a sushi roll, a Sapporo light, and asked for the check, handed the waitress my card, and thanked her.Another server behind her heard me order the beer, opened it, and slammed it down in front of me. Not sure if that was intentional or not. So the waitress took my card, went over to the register, ran it (or so I thought), then gave it back to me.After 20 minutes I received my roll, which I believe was forgotten about as I saw the waitress double back to the sushi bar to get it after seeing me without food. I was halfway done with my roll and the waitress asked if I would like another beer, I declined and asked her once more for the check to close out. I saw her go back to the kitchen and grab another table's food, deliver it, then come back to ask how I was doing. I told her once again that I would like the check. She was not the only employee working, there were at least 3 other servers that could have assisted her run food or get the bill, but they didn't seem to be doing much. Finally after another round of her serving some tables, she printed my check. When she handed it to me I was a bit confused as it didn't look like a normal check with a place to sign or tip, as it just had my total on it, so I signed my signature where I could and circled the total.I leave the restaurant only to have the waitress chasing after me outside saying that I didn't pay. I told her that I gave her my card and that I signed the bill, and she told me that she never put my card in, even though I gave it to her at the beginning of the meal. Now I see why the check didn't look right. So I went inside, and voila! She went back and ran my card in a matter of seconds, and came with a normal looking bill.Where was this urgency during my meal when I asked for the check three times? What did she even do with my card at the beginning of the meal? Why did she even take it over to the register if she didn't run it for the check?Aside from all the nonsense above, the roll was quite good. It was served with a bowl of miso and some dipping sauces. The beer and roll was less than $20.Not eager to return due to the headache in service experienced here.Decent food, wonky service.

The staff here is complete hot garbage. Management has a problem or they are the problem. It’s as if they purposely want this restaurant to fail. An entire new staff is required. How does 7 wait staff completely ignore 1 of only 5 tables seated in the entire place our table being right smack in the middle of the restaurant with absolutely no other tables seated around. It’s not like we were invisible or maybe we were. Entire wait staff looked relieved when we got up to leave after being ignored for 20 minutes. Straight up trash service. No idea what the food is like since we never even got water. Never ever ever again will I go to this place hopefully it’s replaced with a much better place and completely new staff.

Fusion Japanese. Very good food. Very clean.

It was so delicious. Everything was perfect.

First off the food is way over priced for what you're getting. My wife got the teriyaki chicken udon and they only have her 2pcs of chicken. I ordered the pork tonkotsu. I'm pretty sure it was premade then frozen then dropped back in the fryer upon order, that's what it tasted and what the texture felt like. They also forgot my sauce that is supposed to come with it so upon getting home I had to make my own sauce. The last thing that was the icing on the cake was that one of the gyoza was bitten into then fried. Needless to say we'll never be going there again.

First time dining here. The service was great, and the food was amazing! Definitely coming back!
