We had another dinner date. The food we ate was good. I tried the Galaxy roll and it was tasty! The roll had a small spice to it. Just enough to warm your tounge. I drank an iced green tea. Nothing to rave over. The place is nice and has good music. The men's restroom is cleanand thats a plus. It's the first time I've been here and I'm impressed. It's really nice. I suggest everyone should eat here @ least once or twice.
I am completely shocked at the 3.5 stars on reviews for this outstanding restaurant. Sushi is a very high food cost operation, and if people are worried about dine in customers getting better service they need to remember servers in Texas get 2.17 an hour before tips, so they are going to have to take care of customers that tip correctly.This establishment is top notch. You won't find sushi better in Japan. They fly in fish daily that is never frozen. I have also had the opportunity to visit the kitchen where the public can't see, and you can rest assured their food handling and sanitation is second to none.You will be very pleasantly surprised if you decide to enjoy Kumori.
Best kept secret on the Far West Side. Great choice for lunch. Several specials are available to choose from. The two roll lunch special, with free Miso Soup is an excellent choice. The bar is also well stocked with premium liquor. I am planning to come back on the weekend. Bianca is super cool at the bar too.

First time eating here, really good experience. Showed up around 8 on a weeknight and it wasn't crowded (which is always a plus for me). We were seated promptly, wait staff was very friendly and attentive to us. Drinks were very good. Food came out in a timely manner. Serving sizes were good, quality of food was excellent. I usually feel bloated after 2 rolls but I had 3 and felt great, full and satisfied. Found a new sushi spot, will definitely be returning and recommending!
Went to have lunch with my sister today 3/15/2022 and we were satisfied. We've never been here and to our surprise, this place did not disappoint! If you love sushi like we do, then go on over and try their dishes. It's very delicious and the price isn't that bad either.
The amazing food and service
Not bad for San Antonio, wish they had uni and toro.Edit: I had to drop the stars from 4 to 2. In a previous visit one order of nigiri was 2 pieces, now its 1 piece. Every sushi house I've been to has had 2 pieces of nigiri per oder. This will be my last visit here.
First time here and food was great! Sushi was great! Kids weren’t to thrilled about food but they did enjoy the sushi.
