Upon arrival I wasn't greeted or welcomed into the store @ 09:08 a.m.. I inquired about a free glazed doughnut at which time I was informed that had ended. I pointed to the illuminated sign and the time of day. I did receive a doughnut with hesitation. Thereafter I placed an order for a particular doughnut and was told I had to buy 4 of the same as she pointed to a sign price above. I mentioned that it clearly has a individual price inside the counter where the doughnut ? is. I then asked for a coffee☕️ and she replied we don't have coffee. A nice co-worker chimed in that we have lattes. There is a need for more training for this employee. Maybe there was a disconnect between customer and the counter sales representative. Bring patience or try the drive thru which is what I usually do. ?
Doughnuts are hot and delicious as always 4 stars because we just left from there and our ice lattes were terrible. Girl with the colored hair and glasses took forever to make our beverages. Our frozen lattes were made very poorly we couldn't even suck anything with the straw ice kept getting stuck in there and overpowered with whipped cream it was disgusting

2nd time I’ve visited and requested the holiday donuts and they don’t have them. Then u ask for jelly with kolaches and they don’t have that either… how can u run a franchise this way?!?!?
This place s×××× they never have the donuts I ask for then they still have 2 hours til closing time and don't have any intentions of making any of the donuts I have asked for. I would give zero stars if possible, this happened to me twice in the same week.
Second time I was there but not asked about the Sweet Rewards program. Donuts were fresh and tasty.

Always a quick and easy stop at this location. They have excellent, cheerful staff and Lydia from the SE Military location went above and beyond for my daughter by getting her a cute little hat, and when she instantly ripped it - she, without hesitation got her a new one. We need more people in customer service like Lydia. :)
A great voice greeted us at the order box and then at the window. I do not know her name but she was great service assistant. A dozen chocolate donuts later, my wife and I were happy. She made the whole day by wishing us a blessed and happy holiday.
