I have always experienced great service at this restaurant, with the exception of my two most recent visits. I ordered spicy pork bulgogi, but they gave me beef bulgogi. The first time they made the mistake, I was a dining in, and they fixed it for me. However, my second time was for dining out, and I called to place the order. I repeated myself two times, arrived at the restaurant, and asked them if it was spicy pork (because on the notes, I saw a huge BF sign), and the checkout person said yes. I was charged about $42 for both of my “spicy pork,” just to get home and realize that I was given beef bulgogi. I was greatly disappointed because I drove a total of one hour and twenty minutes to get a hold of the spicy pork. When I called, I was more disheartened by the fact that the lady asked if I was going to return, I explained that I live far and had an event that night, and all she stated was, “Oh okay, sorry.” I was also asked if I had touched my food, which confused me a bit because I wasn’t sure what the intentions were behind that question. Needless to say, but I won’t be returning… it was one of my favorite Korean spots in town.

Really delicious food, Especially the 김치찌개 and 떡볶이 reminds me just of Korea.. Nice staff they’re super attentive. Enjoyed it a lot and will be coming back.

Good Korean food. Just like the food I had on my last visit to Korea. They only serve chopsticks ? to eat with.No knives or forks. Most days they only open at 11:00 a.m.

A great place to eat real Korean food. Clean and very friendly staff. Food is always fresh and amazing.

Great food authentic. Nice people good service will return

My daughter is trying to get me to eat out more because I never do, I'm a pretty good cook and ???. So she googled Korean food, there was another restaurant she found but they're not open on Monday so we thought we'd try Koreana. We used their website menu and phoned in our order. It seems like a family run business, very friendly and the order was ready when we got there. We took it to my place to eat and I gotta say the portions were huge, I ordered the #21 and the #4, my daughter had #2 and #28. We had enough left for another two meals. Our conclusion: it was okay, 3 stars. The flavors didn't wow me like other places we had tried. Maybe that's the nature of Korean food, it was almost bland, I don't know. I'm going to have the leftovers today, spice it up and probably enjoy it more.

Our first time to order here the beef and pork Bulgogi were excellent and were a generous portions. On my return Maria had me try the LA Galbi. Try all three you are in for a gastronomic delight??

food was really good we will return

As a world traveler I lived in Korea three years on the economy where I enjoyed of course the best authentic Korean Cuisine. This place brought so many memories! Delicious!??? P.S. Unfortunately no food pics, I was to busy eating!?

Definitely something I'd recommend to a friend! The staff was friendly and always checked in on us. And the food is divine (but a tad pricey). I almost wish I took photos
