Very polite staff. We ordered just 3 orders of fries and they made sure we got 3 hot fresh orders. Asked if we would like to wait for fresh fries because in just a couple minutes she was going to drop some. Nothing beat steaming hot fresh fries.Thank you KFC
I go to the drive through here at night time. And most times my order is correct. Other times, the employees are goofing off and my order gets messed up. I'd give 4 stars, but it's getting 3 because my orders get messed up. I recommend during the day and not at night

This review reflects my recent experience at KFC @2510 W Military drive San Antonio Tx..I get all the COVID this and the COVID that but when you go to the trouble of closing your lobby for the Health and Safety of your customers and team members that's just super...However when me and my spouse show up to eat at your restaurant, have enough sense to not allow what appears to be a team member and family setting in the front corner window for all to see.. So while I am sure the LOBBY CLOSED sign is a mistake and I go to the next door and its locked and the behind the counter ppl just look at me then look on but somehow can't seem to notice the 5 adults and one little girl sitting in their lobby enjoying a meal I have to say the Mgr's concern about the Health and Safety is a nice smoke screen but not very convincing especially when the inside eaters leave the restaurant tell the next couple peering thru the glass Door Windows that they need to go thru the drive thru.....Seriously..Went thru the drive thru to order the pot pie and was told Mariah De Luna that the pot pies were on back order until March...was this a real response???So I went with the Famous bowl which had to be reheated once we got it home..The second order was of the new Beyond chicken nuggets..Word to the wise..probably should not order something plant based when most of the team members appear to love their Carbs...When we got home the plant based nuggets seem to have some age to them we could barely pull them apart they were so rubbery that we just gave them to our Great Dane who likes a good challenge!!!Fortunately San Antonio has so many other Chicken house options I am certain we''ll not make this chicken mishap twice..The Kernel died and so did his ability to service the customer..
They have great food but when I went today I ordered my food and gave them a $100 bill and the worker said "sorry we dont got change for a hundred" as she was clearly counting the change, I needed 2 20's and there was multiple cash register with money she had in her hand and she had no change. Ridiculous, its dinner time. There was 2 people behind me, you gon' turn them down to because you have no change. I went to bill millers instead and they had quick service and they were friendly and nice unlike KFC, it was my first time going to this KFC since it's the only one around. Definitely not going back if service is like that, I'll stick with my bill millers and church's chicken for chicken, thank for nothing.
Chicken is good as always. If you're going through the drive-thru, pull over in the parking lot and check your order before you head home. Regret is not as sweet a meal. ?
Chicken getting smaller for its price. I want chicken not a chic.mash potatoes runnie.more gravy than potatoes. Beverage area dirty ,tables dirty. ,Floors needed sweeping.
They messed up my order, so the next day I went back to get my items I didn't get. At first I thought they were not going to do that. But they redid my complete order. I will go back to eat there again. I'm very happy with this KFC!! ?
I was finally able to order my chicken wings! Everytime I have gone the female manager tells them to say that they are out. I've been in the drive thru 3 different times and told the same thing. They are laughing when I drive off. Today there was very friendly people and got me what I needed. Minus napkins.
The chicken was all dark meat , had more flour and grease tasted nasty. I'm sorry I didn't waste time with pictures .
