The online/pick up service was a bad experience. I ordered an acai bowl online to pick up on my way to work. The app asks for “you to enter a pick up time” I entered the p/u time went to the store, showed up later than the p/u time I entered & the guy at the register didn’t have my order & stated he would need to call his boss to get the order. Luckily I still had the order on my phone so he was able to see the order. I went to the fridge to grab some bottled juices to purchase & several more than 4 bottles were were expired. 2 from 06/10 & at least 2 others from 06/14. I actually have never experienced this problem here before but I was not impressed today. Chocolate açaí bowl was ok.

Best juices in town. Great taste love the açaí bowls. Definitely my go to place to get healthy.
I drove across town to purchase a 3 day juice cleanse. Upon arriving, I was told they won’t have any until tomorrow when the shipment arrives from Laredo. Very disappointing because I called the store during business hours and no one answered. The website should say that cleanses are only available for purchase on certain days or that you need to call to order a cleanse since you can’t walk in and buy on any given day.Update:I called Juice Boss HQ during business hours and was able to place an order over the phone. My juices will be made in-store and ready for pick up tomorrow morning. Thankfully Juice Boss was able to handle a simple request…a juice cleanse, because that’s what they do…right?? Sell juice!! But I guess when you’re waiting for juice to arrive from out of town, it gets complicated.Response to Owner:I tried placing an order over the phone during normal business hours and no one answered the phone. I tried placing an order and paying for the order in person, but the cashier said to wait until the truck arrives because they’ll need to see what’s on the truck first. And also because they may not have all the juices for the cleanse. She simply didn’t reassure me that I’d have a juice cleanse the next day. Jujuice’s website doesn’t say to call in advance. Unless I’m just missing it. Juice Boss’ website is very clear. It says “call to place your order” in multiple places on the website. So I called, they answered and I placed an order. I also called before picking up my order and they answered the phone. My order was ready at noon. Exactly as promised the day before. That’s great service. No excuses, no I don’t knows, no try again tomorrow. Thank you for responding though.
Visiting from Arizona and had the açaí bowl it was delicious ! This definitely was better than the ones I have had in Arizona
Got juices for my juice cleanse. I wished they would have not ran out of 2 of the juices. Especially since I pre-ordered. But I had same day pick up and it was substituted with something else. I will definitely go back. Very very friendly server. I don't remember his name.
I went there for a Shake and do some work on my computer excellent service they even have a printer I was able to use and the Protein shake was delicious definitely going to jujuice again
Great addition to our neighborhood. Very cozy place and extremely friendly and accommodating staff who aim to make you comfortable. Oh did I mention the juice and bowls are fantastic?Good 5g speed at 25mps down
WOW!! I just ordered from Doordash for the first time, and I am beyond impressed. Going to go stock up on the 10 Karrot, because DANG.
