Some of the most decent acai bowl prices in town! First time I went they had a buy one get one free deal! I love the strawberry bowls.
My mango-based bowl was soo delicious! All of the ingredients were fresh and perfectly ripe. I believe it’s fairly priced too. It was empty when I visited at lunch time on Saturday — I certainly hope they get enough business to stick around because I want to eat here again and again and again :)

This place is good! My only suggestion is get Nutella for the bowls.It would be an amazing option.Thry forgot to put peanut butter on my bowl,which I paid for.I will be back since it’s so close.
Super cool spot! It’s refreshing, the staff are chill and helpful, the food and menu are fun, lively, and authentic! I had a create your own with matcha/mango, granola, strawberry, bananas, blueberries, with caocao nibs, coconut flakes, and lastly with agave! It was tasteful and assembled nicely! 10/10
I’m a big fan of the bowls, but the last 3 times I have ordered a Jugo bowl (large) and the Açai base is very little, compared what it used to be, typically I will go home and dump it into a regular bowl, and this evening, there were 3 tiny scoops, organized in a way to make the bowl look like it was full, this was done on both bowls I ordered.The food is great, service is great, but recently, the amount of food you are given, isn’t justified for the price, I will stop coming here until changes are made, I would normally give this place 5 stars. But this isn’t justified currently

The acai bowls are the best that I've had outside of SoCal.
Every single time i come here there is only one person working. The problem with this is that every single time someone walks in the door thay person stops thr order to tend to the counter. What should take 10 mins to get an acai bowl always turns into a 25-30 mins wait. Of all the acai spots in SA this place takes the longest to get you out the door.
I came in this afternoon to order a bowl and Jugo's bowls are absolutely delicious. However, I come often and always see the same girl working by her lonesome, and every time I come into the establishment it seems like she is the only one working at her station. It looks as if nobody else is there to give her a hand as Jugo gets busy at times. I receive great customer service on her end, but I believe this company needs to improve their management so that their employees don't look so overworked due to little staffing. Employees must be put first and it's why I'm giving a two star rating.
