Amazing! The wife and I decided to go to Carinos for our Anniversary and everything was great from the parking spot to the drinks to the food to the wonderful staff and right down to the check . Truly love this spot and if you love Italian then you’ll love it here too, just don’t take my parking spot.

Ive eaten at this location numerous times. Today my daughter and I stopped in for lunch. It was busy, we waited about 10 mins to be seated. Our waitress' name was Sarah. She waited on us and 4 other tables. She was attentive. Drinks and food came out faster than I anticipated. Definitely one of my best experiences so far.

The food was delish and service was great.

The food was over heated the chicken was too dry. Our waiter had 5 tables and he seemed too busy to keep up. Our drinks never got a refill we had one bread and 5 times he mentioned he would bring some more bread, never happened. For the prices the service and food did not meet expectations. I will give it another try because maybe it was just one bad waiter.

Nice meal with my boys. Lemon pepper salmon was great with veggies in buttery sauce that was tasty. Overall a good experience.

The wait time for dining room seating was over 30mins on a Tuesday night at 6pm. Apparently there were only two servers working. The service was good enough and the food was delicious. The salads were drowning in dressing but the bread was served warm and tasted fresh. The skilletini was quite tasty and the bowtie pasta dish (not the family size) was enough for two people to share. The ladies room was not clean - I would suggest not using it if at all possible. The dining experience was overall pleasant. Not great but good enough for a Tuesday night.

we had a party of 6 , 1 server on the whole floor. No drink refills offered. 1 bread for all of us. Food came out all at different times. Very Disappointed. I was the one bragging about Carrinos. Will not return.

Horrible service and food. Went to this location with a coupon for a free pizza for carry out but required I ordered to go inside the restaurant. I arrived about apx 515pm, ordered my free pizza and an order of rosemary chicken. I was told it would be about 15 min. After 25 min, I asked what the status was and was told that the dining room was busy and they are behind on my pizza, but it would be any minute. I waited another 10 min and inquired again, and again told it would be any minute. After 45 min I asked if my chicken was done and she picked it up from a table with other orders, had clearly been sitting there a while. I told her they could keep the free pizza, I thought 45 minutes was long enough to wait. I took my chicken home and when I went to eat it, it was of course cold, the chicken was too tough to eat and overall the meal was not edible. I sent an inquiry to the restaurant voicing my disappointment in my experience and was called quickly by the manager who kindly apologized, agreed the wait time was too much and offered to mail me a gift card to encourage me to come back and try again. It's now been a month and I still have not received the gift card. I will not be back, this experience ruined my opinion of this restaurant, their staff, the management and their food.Received gift cards in the mail yesterday and I'm looking forward to giving this another try, will update with hopefully the great experience I’ve had in the past. Thank you for caring about your customers and their experiences.

The food is so good! If you haven’t tried the spicy shrimp and chicken, its a must! Kevin- the kitchen manager is so friendly. He makes the visit such a wonderful experience.
