Was just there 4/5/2022 great customer service and friendly staff,had visited another location where no one seemed to know what they were doing when ringing up a gift card.

Delicious fresh food and outstanding customer service at the De Zavala Jersey Mike’s store. And it’s not just one employee, they all are very pleasant and customer oriented. We live in Boerne and just love coming to this location when we are in the area. You want a great sandwich, from staff who make you feel special, this is the ticket.
This Jersey Mike’s is always 10/10 on customer service and quality. The De Zavala location is always packed during lunch, and I’ve seen people act rudely towards the staff who are working very hard to meet the rush. And they still stay professional and pleasant even when certain patrons are rude to them. I’d rate this location 6 stars if I could.
Please let me tell you about an incredible experience I had today at the Jersey Mike’s off De Zavala just over a block away from I-10 (5886 De Zavala Road, 78249). It’s the day after a holiday and it is was rather busy in the store, but two employees stood out as they assisted me. Their names are Arline and Adrianna, and they make really delicious sandwiches.First the food I ordered: I did not call in my order, so I stood in front of the menu finally deciding on a giant number three (The American Classic - ham and provolone) and giant number 13 (The Original Italian - provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappaciolo, salami and pepperoni). As many know, the meat for the sandwiches is thinly sliced to order, the vegetable toppings are freshly prepared and waiting to land on a customized sandwich. I ordered both Mike’s way (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, vinegar and spices), extra tomatoes plus pickles, banana peppers and jalapeños. I also asked for the red pepper relish on the side since I was taking the sandwiches to go to enjoy with my family at home.Now the service I received: Arline and Adrianna tag-teamed to prepare my sandwiches, and the sandwiches were ready to go in no time flat. It was so impressive how well they worked together and moved so quickly while making me feel like I was the only customer in the restaurant. They were kind and patient as I explained that it had been a moment since I’d visited a Jersey Mike’s, and I left reassured that our sandwiches would be as delicious as ever.I feel comfortable recommending this specific location to both first-time and repeat customers of Jersey Mike’s. The sandwiches I ordered looked just as they do on the commercials and the menu. When I got home, we immediately dove in and they were terrific. Incredible food and exemplary service are always an awesome combination. You will not be disappointed.
Wonderful customer service, the store is well managed, and the food is absolutely delicious. Everything is made to order so really can’t go wrong. You shall not be disappointed:)

We did 20 mile bike ride——ate dinner and then I began starving. Used app and it was easy —-ordered as we were driving and ready when we got there!!! Yummy! As always!
