Over the years, I've had Subway, Which Wich, Quiznos, Firehouse Subs, and Lenny's, but it doesn't get ANY better than Jersey Mike's when it comes to chains. The meat is savory, the veggies are fresh, and my California Chicken Cheesesteak was gargantuan. I've never had a complaint about the quality of the food at JM, it's WELL worth the money in my honest opinion.
Their online order auto shifted my drink from root beer to vanilla simply because they were out. Normally I’d care less but I used Uber eats because I can’t just drive off to go get a drink, I now have a giant sub with nothing to wash it down with, I’m working outside in 100 degree weather so a drink would have been fantastic as that’s what I paid for. I’m allergic to vanilla so I can’t just say whatever here. Thanks Jersey mikes. If you don’t have it, don’t just randomly pick a drink. Refund the money. I called and the guy while apologetic refused to refund the money.
Ordered online and when i arrived my sandwhiches were ready, hot, and delicious! The jersey mikes by my house ALWAYS messes up Mine and My boyfriends subs so i drove a little further to try this location. They got them perfect and the were cheesy and filled up. Worth the extra drive and WILL be coming back. Thank you to the gentleman there this evening!
Came on not so busy day. 5 employees working at the time and all the dining tables were dirty. Just took my food to go and left. Seriously only takes less than a minute to wipe down tables after guest have left. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this particular location.
I really like the sandwiches better than Subway. I was introduced to this place through a coupon a few months ago. I come here at least twice a month.
We noticed this place while in the medical center and had lunch here. The parking lot is small and at first it looked closed since from the outside it was dark. After going to the front door we found it was open. If they have a neon open sign it must have been off if not, they need one. There was only one other customer when we entered to so wait to order but by the time we finished eating, there was a line of about 8 people waiting to order. The place is not very big but there are about five tables that seat four each table. Some staff was wearing mask and some were not and masks were not required to enter. Their menu board is mounted on the wall behind the counter so easy to read with pricing and calories. The staff was not super friendly BUT they were efficient. We ordered a Regular size #6 (Roast Beef-$9.45) and a Regular #10 (Tuna Salad-$8.45)) and both were on wheat bread and ordered chips and drinks ($3.49 each person). These were like a 6" size sandwich. So lunch for two $26.93 total which we thought was a bit pricey for a sandwich shop BUT things are going up nowadays. The ingredients were fresh, tasty and good quantity. The drink station was clean and offered sodas, tea (incl. a watermelon flavor) and two specialty sodas as well. The cups seemed a bit flimsy and were caving in at the top by the end of the meal. They do have an app you can scan at check out and order online.
At the end of enjoying our food we found a hair in one of the sandwiches ? I love 28 miles from there. I'll never go back
Have two favorites hot #17 Mike's famous philly , cold #13 the original Italian sub or salad
I love subs and Jersey Mike’s included. This place moves at a snails pace!!! That’s with four people making food too! It took me 20 min to get a bloody $10 sandwich. I could have gone and sat down somewhere if I wanted to wait that long and pay that much for food! There were 5 people ahead of me for perspective.
Jersey Mikes is good. This location is, unfortunately, not. Recently the quality of this location has taken a huge nosedive. If you order online prepare to wait 15-20 minutes for your order to be finished even if you show up after the pickup time given. This location seems to struggle with prioritizing orders, setting aside online orders that were placed well before to work on orders for those who walk in. I've been stuck waiting with 4-6 other people who ordered online while staff focused entirely on walk-ins. Staff are slow and disorganized. The location is routinely out of bread. On my last visit staff opened individual mustard packets to add mustard to a sandwich, using the packet itself to spread the mustard over the bread. Their food is fine but this location is in dire need of some training. This is sad because this location used to be very good, with friendly and quick staff. At this point I have no plans to return until their staffing and quality improves.
