So disorganized. I was double charged for a drink and I asked the manager to cancel it. He kept brushing me off telling me he was busy and had a bad day and I tried to be understanding. All I wanted was just to make sure I got my money back for an accidental order I asked him to make sure to cancel the order before I left and he said he will get to it for sure…Two months later I still don’t have my money and have to dispute it with my bank.
Isabel was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond her job today for me, who was not feeling well and made it possible to get my order to me. She deserves a raise, and just to be told what a great person she is! Thank you for having Isabel on the team!!
Something was wrong with my wife’s strawberry wild smoothie and my smoothie.She’s pregnant and about 10 mins after drinking it she couldn’t hold it down.About 30 minutes later I had diarrhea. I had soft stools multiple times the rest of the night.I thinking it probably had soap in it.
Yummy. I love acai bowls. I ordered the Chunky Strawberry bowl and it was fulfilling and delicious. This location was clean and the staff was nice.
I buy a smoothie here weekly. Always the same order. Sometimes the smoothie tastes good. Other times, like today, it tastes like a waste of money. Consistency is like milk with a subtle peanut butter flavor. No detection of banana. I don’t understand the inconsistency with a portioned recipe.
Today my drinks had huge ice chunks and didn't taste flavorful as usual.
