Infinity cakes did an amazing job with my wedding cake, from the fondant to the bread and filling everything was delicious!! All of our guests complemented the taste of the cake and wanted to take a piece home. We tried several places in San Antonio and we are so happy we chose infinity cakes?
I would recommend Infinity Bakery to anyone. I ordered a cake for my daughter who recently became a Registered Nurse. The cake looked just like the reference photo I sent in and it tasted amazing. Will definitely come back here for all future cake needs!
This was my first time doing a party at infinity and I’m sure this will not b my last.. Everything was perfect my daughter was beyond happy she loves her party even the chocolate cake!!!! And she’s not a fan of chocolate cake do to bad experience at other parties.Thank you so much for this amazing memory for my daughter on her 6th birthday !! Bought a birthday cake from my little one a week back. The design was cute but the cake flavoring was very dry and flaky. They're whipped cream frosting had absolutely no flavor to it. If you're looking for the perfect birthday cake I would not recommend this company.
We placed an order weeks in advance on a three tier Encanto Cake. We were very specific with how we wanted the cake made. I instructed the little girl that my child could not have any whip cream and I’d like the cake to be made in buttercream. She informed me that that would be done and I had nothing to worry about. I went on to explain that my child has a disability and has been fighting for her life for a year. This cake was very important to us and I needed to make sure that there was no whip cream. She again told me I had nothing to worry about and that they could do it exactly the way I wanted it. The day of the party we picked up the cake and the design was nicely done. Three hours into the party we sang happy birthday and cut into the cake to find it was nothing but whipped cream. We did not have a back up plan so she did not get to eat any of her birthday cake. I called to let them know the cake was made wrong and spoke with the same girl who took my order. She apologized multiple times and said that later she found out they could not use butter cream due to the time of the year. I went on to ask why nobody called me to let me know that the cake cannot be made the way we needed it. She could not answer that question but let me know that she would contact her boss. The following day one of the managers called me to let me know that because I didn’t bring the three-tier cake back that day there is pretty much nothing they can do for me. She offered to make her a small personal cake. The party is over and we do not need a cake. I spent $250 on a cake that had to go into the trash. She told me because I did not return the cake that this is my fault. I have never been treated so bad by any company. My child suffers from a chromosome disorder and has multiple allergies. While they were making my cake nobody called to inform me it just couldn’t be done. If they would’ve called it would’ve given me the opportunity to find somebody that could make the cake the way we needed it. The manager was very rude and went on to deny that they messed up the cake. I would not recommend this business to anybody.
The cakes are incredible! Last week they made me a beautiful carrot cake! Totally love it ?Flavor, decoration, custom service, everything excellent.
The worst service, no accountability for the huge mistake they made, poorly made cake, there was dirty fingerprints in the design, no apology. Please do not use this company.
I give this place a 2 Star for their customer service. When picking up my daughter's cake it was as I wanted it, Which im not complaining. The problem I had was the writing of happy 4th birthday with my daughters name was not on there as we had previously discussed at time of order & payment. The young girl working the front stated that " they don't do that there." When I clearly saw another cake for pick up with happy birthday she then gave me the excuse of " they must have paid extra for that." Seriously! It was already a 75$ cake. The only accommodation I got was my daughter's name with a quick #4 on it. She kept giving excuses and grabbed a cake sign that said happy birthday for sale stating I could use that instead. I just got my cake and left as Nothing was clearly going to be done to fulfill my order.
Shout out to Infinity Cakes and More for making an exception and coming through for me last minute, if you guys are looking for awesome cake makers, these guys are it. I've been getting my cakes for years from here and they never disappoint. Happy heavenly birthday Bear ❤️❤️
