Very very disappointed! We come to this particular location every Friday and I truly mean EVERY Friday...my kids love these burgers and ff but today the ff where soggy and the burger patty was dry. I will think twice before coming back and spending $20. Disgusting!
This is one of my favorites burger restaurants, I was there in 2014 at Culebra Rd. location, when they open up in San Antonio, Texas, now I go to the one at: TPC & 281 N.I used to get the cheeseburger and the double double, but instead of burger buns I asked them lettuce wrapped on them and it is so tasty, I recommend you to give a try, bet you will not regret.* Update, Finally until today I found out instead of let em' the know, you want your burgers instead of buns, wrapped with lettuce, it is called: "Protein Style"
It was pretty good. I can't think of anything right of the top of my head about the burger that was out of the ordinary, but I'd go there again.The fries were really good, I could tell they had been made fresh from good potatoes and I thought that was a nice touch.
Dining inside is the better option than waiting behind a long line of cars. That is if you like an extremely limited menu of miniature burgers and hollow shoestring fries imported from the west coast. Staff was friendly and almost got the entire order right.
Service was great, food was ok. It seems to be one of those places that holds great memories for people. The burger wasn't bad but the fries are horrible. I just don't 'get it' but maybe you do. I mean, a lot of people think it's pretty great. Not me.
Food is good, but service was slow when crowded. The drive through line was very long so we opted to go inside, which was relatively quiet. Still waited over 30 minutes for 2 burgers and a shake. For reference, this In-N-Out was slower than a slow Whataburger on its late night rush and achieved nowhere near the level of service that any Chic-fil-a provides.The inside was also pretty dirty, with empty tables all having food and condiments on them. The floor was visibly dirty with stains that look like long-term gum on a sidewalk. Not the worst, but there is honestly no reason for me to want to come back for it being “fast food.”
I have lived here in San Antonio for five years now and I finally tried In-N-Out. This burger is simple, hot and good! The fries are incredible, so crispy and hot with just the right amount of salt! I went through the drive through and was able to watch the employees preparing the food. Everything was very clean and I love the hats they wear. Great little touch and they were having fun! First time here but definitely not the last!
