This has been one of the better ihop experiences for my family the last several times we've been. We go to other locations but always have issues (time to serve, food or order not right, waiter rarely checks) and end up coming back here. We always get better service. People who actually act like they want to assist you. Check if you need something. Food is always cooked proper. Thank you. These are all small things but in a restaurant, they're major things.
The service was good. Came at a slower time and the response time was good. Good was good and the staff was great.Arrived to a loaded parking lot, didn't have to wait long to get seated.Great service, food was good.Happy with my visit.
Great customer service. Jeremy was on top of things. Turkey was out for my turkey melt and got substituted with bacon
Worst establishment ever who ever works the front counter older Caucasian lady by the name of Sheri decided she wanted to get brave and raise her voice and yell at my husband when asking how much longer our on line order would be when asked to speak with the manager by the name of ivy she refused and said she was busy manager never came up front to handle issue and all of a sudden after unprofessional Sherri decided she wasn’t brave after all stayed behind in the kitchen as well and never showed her face again this is beyond unprofessional, disrespectful and rude and I have already called cooperate as well to make a complaint this would not have been so bad if this lady Sheri didn’t decide to raise her voice at my husband with a restaurant full of others to witness her 5 yr old tantrum. When asked for our money back they stated they couldn’t do it so we would just have to wait after two hours our food was finally done and still incorrect. I understand being short staffed especially during these times but to be act like your someone entitled and special instead of simply saying yes let’s just give a refund and want to raise your voice and yell is just baffling .
A pretty good IHOP. Even though they were short staffed and the restaurant was quite busy, our Server was friendly and the service pretty quick. Kudos to our waitress & the kitchen staff.This location was so much better than the Seguin location ever was with a full staffing
Delicious strawberry banana ? French toast.Steve was a great waiter. ?He had great customer service and made sure he communicated with us our order was in the way. He made sure our waters were full, and we had everything we needed for our meals.He was kind and had a good attitude.There was another waiter I saw that caught our eye with his great energy and enthusiasm ?. He had short curly dark hair.No, wait for seating around 930am (unlike Cracker Barrel which had the line for reservations out the door).
Jeremy was by far the best waiter we've ever had at ihop. He made our experience lovely. He was very attentive.
Horrible older lady service. Then we got sat at the table right next to kitchen, dirty restaurant.
We received excellent service while dining in. Our food was at the right temperature when they brought it out and it was delicious! I listened as the staff worked each table around me, and perfected a most respectable and professional attitude towards every customer; table service was just what it should be in every restaurant. My table and surroundings were clean and with the attentiveness of the workers, I felt comfortable during the entire visit.
The service was good along with the food. The speed of service was bad we waited like 30 minutes before we got our food. Definitely need more workers but grateful for the ones who were there to work & service us.?
