The food was delicious.Had the new Cheesy omelet, Colorado. With the 3 pancakes.Rosalinda was my server. She was excellent.Got me a carafe of coffee. Plenty of cream and sugar. It was a great breakfast.
Service was pretty quick and friendly. However, the food was lacking. My husband got strawberry crepes and it was all very blah. Hardly any strawberry and no filling just bland folded crepe. I got the blueberry lemon ricotta crepes. They were pretty good but not even warm. I also ordered a blueberry lemonade drink but ended up getting something that tasted like blue raspberry syrup with sprite. Definitely not a flavored lemonade and WAY too much syrup. Couldn't even drink it. Hadn't been to an IHOP in a long time and don't think I'll go back...
Customer service was horrible since the minute we got here, we had to get their attention just to get our drink order, in addition we waited 45 minutes to get our order. We walked in here at 2am and got served at 3am plenty of tables and staff available, in addition our food was overcooked. We spoke to Manager Javier Garza that did not seem to be concerned with our complaint. He gaslighted our complaint and walked off.We will never visit this location again.
The food was great and fast. We got it and it was fresh and hot. Not to mention delicious. But the only thing wrong was the wait and kind of unexpected. Cause you get there and you want to be seated but instead you have to stand around for 20 minutes or more. That's kind of a turn off, but what can you do when you know that the food is great. So you take the good with the great. Positive thinking people.
Brunch time, came to celebrate our grandson's birthday, 20 min wait. Plenty of empty tables. Think they were having staffing issues...manager was helping out everywhere.Overpriced average tasting food. Eggs overcooked, pancakes were cold, chicken steak was crispy and tasted good. Asked for butter for toast...too hard to spread. Tea was $3.49.Total meal: $45.18
Although the front of house staff was very neat orderly and nice the only downside would be if you were to dine here during peak hours. The place seems a little too compact and cluttered, and the ambient noise was always present. On the other hand the food was very good (but be careful it might have just been that the chef on the clock at the time was better as I've heard mixed feelings about the food) and the food came out in a timely manner for our entire table without the food either being too cold or soggy/saturated in oils. All in all, it was an overall good experience.
Had a great delicious breakfast. Place was clean and quite. Waitress was very polite and our food was hot. We very much enjoyed it. Will go back
Took my mom to get breakfast it was her first time having IHOP and all I can say is thank you for making it a good experience for her she loved the service and the food. Thank you Crystal for being so kind and making sure my mom had coffee the whole time.
It was very good really enjoyed it my hamburger was a little bit burnt but I was very hungry so I ate it ?
Ordered 55+ menu and after long long wait for food. Had to ask for my Mac and cheese that comes with my meal. The waitress explained that they had to make it. Why do u have to ask for something that comes with your food. Then to be told they have to make it. It came out of a box. Kraft Mac and cheese
