I have been to a lot of IHOPs in my day. This experience at 4:30 in the morning was the most pleasurable experience I've ever had. Breakfast was so good.Tyler our server happens to be one of the most enjoyable people we have had the pleasure of being involved in him being our person to take care of our table. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you do not walk into this IHOP and ask for Tyler oh, possibly one of the best servers my family and I have come across. We eat out all the time and this young man was possibly the most professional and cordial person working as a server that we have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and ask for Tyler.
I decided to treat myself to some French toast and wanted to try the curbside pickup for the first time so I could enjoy it at home. I ordered it online and arrived 5 minutes before the estimated time the order would be ready. I texted them I had arrived, and I tried to call several times with no answer. I waited for about 20 minutes before I walked in and spoke to an employee about my curbside pickup. She said it would be out shortly. I waited another 25 minutes. I called again. No answer. I waited 10 more minutes. Called again. Someone finally picked up and I asked them to cancel it because it was probably cold. He apologized and said he’ll take care of it. I walked it to see if they needed my card to refund my bill, and they brought out the manager and he said no, they send it off to the office or somewhere and they take care of it. I asked what happened to my order, was it even made at all? He said yes, but no one thought to bring it out. He apologized again, and I left over an hour after I first placed the order empty handed and disappointed.
Loved this place for our breakfast and the kids were happy to get colors. The food was good and the place was well cleaned.
We had the best server ever! Very friendly, very attentive, funny, and just made our day better as our day was in a funk. I wish I could remember his name. I'll be always coming back!
Funny face pancakes are a big hit with our grandchildren. Staff is courteous and food prep was quick. Clean dining room with a 15 minute wait at 1pm Sunday for a group of four. Prices reasonable.
Been here during day great but went around midnight only 2 other tables occupied waited to be seated waitress never told us anything so sat ourselves waited 15 minutes for anyone to take our order or even aknowledge us but nope so got up to tell her is anyone gonna help us? Then another 5 minutes before coming to our table to get our drink order but brought no menus. I should've got her name since she had no customer service whatsoever and I have plenty of patience but if she had time to be rubbing and laughing with the other coworker she had time to aknowledge us I just remember she had green streaks in hair and eyeglasses .
While we were seated quickly. It took over 20 mins to get our order taken, and even longer to receive our food. Unfortunately the order was wrong twice.
The Nice gentleman manager Mr.Will had accident run me up for a bacon omelette instead of a steak omelette. So I called back he was willing to fix the mistake .Mr. Well tell me to come back and he apologized. Mr.Will has Very Good Customer Service . He was very polite and also very friendly . I was very pleased today with him replacing my order. Keep up the Good Work Me.Will and your Good IHOP Team .
