THOMAS!!! By FAR the BEST waiter I have EVER had hands down!!!! Our food was ready and out to the table so quick!! Definitely faster than I'd have even expected! His personality, friendliness, sense of humor and just everything was outstanding!!! Employee of the entire company not just the week!!
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was very good and came out in a timely manner. Bathroom was in desperate need of renovation.
The waiter was awesome, very helpful and happy and full of smiles, but when we got there, there was a huge roach dying on the floor next to the cash register, and we alerted staff, they literally looked at it, shrugged, and walked off, and most of the employees looked disheveled and used foul language with each other, on the floor, where all of us could hear. The floor next to the bathrooms was sticky but the bathrooms themselves were pretty clean. The food was very good and came out very quickly, but I'd do something about their etiquette and the pests.
I got in before the rush, the food was good the service was good the coffee was hot even though they were understaffed. The restaurant was very clean. The booths are separated by glass walls. Nice decor.
Great food. Not a long wait. Only complaint is that the waitress never came to check on us or see if we needed refills. But she was sweet and busy so it's ok.
The food was great, service excellent, but gosh, this place needs a good cleaning! The entryway is yucky (trash, cigarette butts, etc.) The inside counter/waiting area looks dirty. Glass needs to be cleaned on entry doors. Bathrooms!! OMG!All that being said, the food and service were great and I'd eat here again!
Great food and Customer Service
They didnt have what the other party wanted to drink. No longer have sourdough. I had to change my order twice because they didnt have items necessary. I ended up ordering the Big Steak omelette like the other party at my table ordered. Had diarrhea within an hour. Smelled like onions. Only onions I consumed in last week was onions in Big Steak omelette I ordered there. It was greasy, even plate had pool of grease! Steak was huge tough chunks. Next 24 hrs I had diarrhea at least 4 times and other party said he also experienced multiple bouts of diarrhea. Before the pandemic, my hubby and I ate at this particular IHOP at least once a month and never had a bad experience til I went there the other day.
The food and service is excellent. With the $6 menu and children under 10 eat free (from 3 -8pm) parents won't feel overburdened taking there family out for dinner. And everything on the $6 meal is excellent.
The manager on duty was courteous and sat us down quickly. Our waitress Kay was exceptional. Truly enjoyed our breakfast.
