I understand that they are behind with staff and help. Waiting 20 minutes for your drinks. Waiting another 20 minutes to place your order. Waiting 20 minutes to receive your order. And getting your order as the two other diners I was with we're finishing up their meals. Fortunately there was one waiter who was very apologetic. Seems to me the one waiter we had needs to seriously be retrained or possibly put in a different position. No offense but waiting isn't for everybody.
Food good and staff friendly..I would give 5 stars, but the plate with my food had a few chipped areas in it. Seems weird they would serve customers chipped plates.
Even though they are understaffed, they did a very good job. Our sweet waitress sang happy birthday for our kiddo. Kudos to the staff working extra hard.
I’ll be nice enough to give it a 2 star since the waitress would check up on us and gave us a notice that it’ll take awhile for the food since they’re short staff, which is understandable. But the reason for my low rate is because we been waiting for our food for quite awhile until we noticed that they Served a family first who came in after us and then another table. How is it that they got their food already when we their first before them. And then we ask the waitress and she just said “The food will be there shortly”. Pretty rude to serve other people’s food first after we were the ones who were there way before…
I've used the IHOP app and ordered To Go from this location many many times. My order is always well packaged, the food is fresh and warm, and the employees are always nice. There has only been *one* time that an order wasn't correct and the manager promptly corrected when I called.
We’ve eaten here a few times. If you come when they are busy, the service has been much better. But if you come in the evening, even around 5, the service is horrible. Tonight’s service for example. My daughter ordered a steak, didn’t get a knife, we had to knock on the table divider where 4 servers are sitting and chatting to get one of them to get us a knife. Service is slow. Someone in the kitchen keeps yelling. Someone’s walking around the kitchen with their skate board. They cleared off the table across from us except for all the food and garbage still sitting all over, it’s been there for atleast 20 minutes. This is the second time we’ve been here in the evening and both times I’m left not impressed.
Had a great time. Our waitress was friendly, punctual, and provided great service.
I was going insane at the taste of the eggs and pancakes literally losing my mind I love this IHOP so much I will give up my first born child to this IHOP please come to this IHOP. Thank you Jazzy for the amazing service :)

This location hasn't had grits the last two times I visited within a few weeks..being that they are made in the microwave and not always good I haven't complained. I'm hoping they actually bring them back and make them the right way. We have substituted for the potatoes with peppers and onion and they were delicious both times. Both waiters were great each time, service was fast, food was hot and fresh eventhough they were short staffed in the kitchen.
