This location hasn't disappointed. We had gone to the one closest to us on I10 but we came in and no employee greeted us to sit us down, we just stood there for awhile and decided to drive to this location instead.Serive is great, friendly staff, clean restaurant and the food was so fresh and delicious.
Clearly you can tell that this restaurant was short handed. Our waitress was nice but after she brought the food, she NEVER came back. I asked her for more Splenda and she never brought it. We never received any refills and I had to get up to ask for syrup and a tea refill. My pancakes were cold too. When we arrived it was not busy at all.
Worst Service ever, order simple pancakes with a Bacon and eggs combo. I also ordered a side of toast, I asked twice about my toast and when the food got cold about 15 minutes later the waiter brings the toast out cold. I left everything paid and walked out. I will never visit that location or any other again. $15. For cold food.
Overpriced, a so-so breakfast + coffee for $16 + $3 tip one person. Waiter at next desk complainted about tips that previous guest just left. You will get a better breakfast in other places.
Nice and fast customer service. Very delicious food.
Update- I haven't been to this location for quite awhile. Though I like the new set up, I am unsure how much longer this location will be my favorite. I have SI problems and the new seating is a little too cushiony and made my spine very uncomfortable. Hoping it was just that one booth I was at. Our poor waitress was the only one doing the tables; waiting, busing, and check out. She still did a great job. In my opinion the tilapia here is better than the other locations.
Went around 730 am on a Saturday. Food was good. Coffee was great. Service a little slow but all went well.
I managed to visit an IHOP early enough to get a special deal. Instead of all you can eat pancakes, I opted for a burger The burger was awesome and so was the server. If all you are looking for is just good food and friendly, attentive staff, this is the place.
Such good food and super nice people! But best part was our waiter Jericho! Really attentive and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed!
Really appreciated the top notch service from our server Casey. You don't get this type of service often and we were super happy to see people actually still do care about customer service.
